The facilities and cleanliness were below expectations for a 5-star hotel. The experience definitely didn't reflect 5-star standards and needs improvement. Stayed here for a day and not for any occasion, but I had mentioned an upcoming birthday. The staff offered to send a cake as a sweet gesture, promised it twice even though I hadn't asked for it. But in the end, they didn't deliver it which felt disappointing after the assurance.

Great stay. I loved the cleanliness and the pillows were the fluffiest. The buffet breakfast was the highlight of the day. Diverse variety. The staff is professional and soft spoken. Kudos to Mr. SUMIT and team for making the breakfast experience great.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was completely unacceptable. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working properly and did not cool at all, yet no one took responsibility to fix it. The room was not cleaned despite multiple requests. I ordered cutlery, and it shockingly took over two hours to be delivered. On top of that, the breakfast was substandard and barely edible. This level of negligence and lack of basic hospitality is inexcusable. I strongly advise against staying at this property.

The hotel staff was really nice and warm, especially Faizan and Shanti, his team in the breakfast! Hotel is clean and tidy, has a nice roof top swimming pool, did a small offsite with the team here, proved to be valuable time with the team!! The roof top restaurant Nori was also a great place to get a bite in the night!!

We regularly conduct our business Meetings here. Value for Money: Economic with good service. Service: They have a very good service team who are courteous, active and polite. Food: Good options to select from the wide ranges of menu for the buffet. Special thanks to the F&B manager Mr. Vinson who always helpful for the arrangements.

Excellent stay and food, good service by Shankar and shantanu in the restaurant. |Good spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast with plenty of options. Buffet dinner had many choices and great service. Good amenities with pool, gym and roof top restaurant.

Bed room was good. Nice and clean. The bathroom was horrible. We had our room cleaned twice and all the soap scum was still on the shower glass and the mirror. These seemed to be some mould too in the bathroom. The same corner tray in the shower was so small and fix crooked so could not use it. The location is terrible as it is a one way and cabs find it hard to come to the location
