I recently had booked 30 rooms and a banquet hall for my sister's engagement ceremony,it was a good experience with reasonable price. In house decor and catering services was great and the guests were so impressed about the venue and the rooms.

The attitude of staff in the restaurant was like we are taking food for free. It was like if you want you take, else leave. Learn to treat customer with a smiled face and not attitude. But would appreciate the behaviour of staff in reception.

Overall a well maintained property, this is my third visit in Hotel and still continuing with the same. Cheers to all the staff members who are very supportive and proving excellent services. Food quality is really awesome had dinner over here too Especially Mr vijay

Nice hotel n best treatment for the customer. AC Performance in our room was not satisfactory but the customer service replaced our room immediately. I will be visiting coraltree soon .keep it up the same Performance...my regards to all the staff members..

After long days I visited today expecting the real mangalore cousine. But now the management has changed and I think they are from north India. I ordered drums of heaven. The chicken was kept in freezer for minimum 3 days and they prepared. Normally i like drums of heaven, but this is some thing like I am having some rubber pieces. Immediately I cancelled my plan to have main course and came out. Otherwise I have to pay huge amount for the dishes which is very bad than local cart selling dishes. That is far better than this...thanks

Hospitality of staff and reception person specifically Mr Vijay is remarkably very good. Restuarant of the hotel is hygiene and cooks are descent. Behaviour point of of all people working here is excellent. I was staying in the hotel wef 07/12/24 to 14/12/2024 and I got my food as per my own choice. One Bengali cook Mr Nishi who cooks tasty and delicious food. My overall experience is excellent.
