Comfort INN Insys

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn Insys, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't very pleasant. The property is about 15 years old, and it shows. The rooms are not very spacious, which makes the stay feel cramped. The dark brown furniture throughout the room adds to the discomfort, as it feels outdated and gives off a dull vibe. It's not the most welcoming atmosphere, and you won't find a sense of coziness or peace here. Breakfast is another issue. The cutoff time for breakfast is strictly 10:30 AM, and even if you arrive a few minutes late (say 10:35-10:40 AM), they will flatly deny you service. This felt a bit too rigid and not guest-friendly. Room service also left much to be desired. The staff wasn't very responsive, and for something as simple as adding a channel to the TV, I had to call the reception over five times before it was addressed. In-room food service was disappointing as well, with a limited menu and dishes that were excessively oily. It's hard to enjoy a meal when it feels so unhealthy and heavy. Additionally, the rooms have doors that can open to another room, which is quite concerning for privacy and noise levels. I could hear sounds from the adjacent rooms, which added to the discomfort. The valet parking is available, but considering the property's location in the city area, I would not recommend this hotel. Overall, the experience was far from satisfying, and I would suggest looking for other options in the area.

We booked this hotel for our stay with our two kids. The room and front desk service were excellent, and we truly appreciated their warm approach.||However, our dining experience was disappointing and did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The food quality and menu selection need significant improvement. Management should focus on enhancing the restaurant experience to match the overall hospitality of the hotel.

Had a great stay at Comfort Inn Bangalore. The room was good as expected The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. Would recommend this hotel for others. Esha hosted us very well during our breakfast and she entertained my kid as well.

First the ambiance is excellent, service is good . The room is comfortable, almost everything is fantastic. But room size n bed size is a bit small . And parking is difficult. Rest all excellent. The cleanliness is especially good. Overall a fantastic experience. We stayed for a business visit We felt it was good.

The hotel and the room was very clean, large and delicious breakfast. Also safe neighborhood to walk around and many things located around the hotel. The staff is helpful, and the workout room is well maintained. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel!

I stayed here for two days with my family, and I don't think this hotel justifies its 4-star rating. The food is good, but it's excessively expensive. The breakfast buffet wasn't impressive, especially considering the high price we paid. The biggest disappointment was the parking. It's absolutely terrible. I was really concerned about parking my car in the open lot on such a busy street. While they advertise basement parking, it's incredibly cramped with cars parked too close together, making it very risky to park there.
