Context: I had booked this property for five nights for 40 members three months in advance. Pro: 1) Spacious property, giving a homely vibe to host to your event guests. 2) Well-maintained property with five bedrooms, living hall, two dining rooms, prayer room, kitchen, conference room, and store room. 3) Trees and plant pots surround the property, which provides a much-needed soothing space for walking around the villa. Cons 1) The caretaker doesn't have a professional attitude. They are expressing anger and frustration towards my guest. 2) Under delivery of the commitments such as shortage of blankets and bed sheets. 3) Single-handed caretaker allocated to service 34 members across five days. It's unfair for the caretaker. The owner should have planned their inventory and staff accordingly, considering they were given 3-4 months booking for 40 members. 4) The caretaker was rude and lacked interpersonal skills in treating the customer. 5) When we provided constructed feedback to the owner and caretaker, I felt the caretaker was vulnerable. I felt my guest was unsafe because of his actions and reaction after receiving feedback. Conclusion: It's an excellent option to host a stay for large friends and family gatherings. However, the service and lack of professionalism have ruined my experience. Advice: Please hire a couple of professional caretakers and a cook to provide the best experience for future guests.

Good Ambeience , well maintained staff and good nature to celebrate birthday and events it's very good place for families. Best for 20 to 25members they have party hall too.

It was good to get Stay With House Very Comfortably Good Atmosphere And Good Gesture

Don't be in assumption that your room is booked if you book online.I had booked a room 2 days ago and when I called the guest house on the day of travel been told they don't have any rooms and they are not taking online bookings.even though I had confirmation mail from their offical website.So be prepared for the inevitable.

Nice please to birthday and family functions and any other partys for family out side villa as absolutely superb
