One of the worst hotel ever seen , staffs are very rude , cocroches are running here and there under the bed , no water in the shower .no room service ,not recomanded at all

Worst hotel ever to stay in, the hotel staff was rude and denied check in even after the booking amount was paid online. They give online booked rooms to the people who ask for rooms physically. Earning double in single room..worst hotel please mind these things before booking any room here.

Good and nice ambiance but hopless service. I stayed in the room for two days and repeatedly asked the staff to clean the room but none came. Intercom was not working nobody cared. Towel was not provided on the first day even after repeated reminders. I sincerely regret for giving a five star for this hotel.

We had booked 17 rooms for guests during wedding. The cleanliness is pathetic. Cockroaches running all over the room, 0% hygiene. They do not have water bottles also for emergency. Initially they show only clean rooms while taking advance. For guests, they had given all untidy rooms.

I have been using Oyo long time and never faced any issues until I booked oyo Surya comfort. I had booked many rooms through oyo app and when I reached hotel, the receptionist denied the room. He asked to pay 3000/- more for the room which were already booked. And after paying the extra money he did not provide us the room which were booked instead gave us small rooms. I had raised concern in Oyo and still the ticket is pending. Could anyone help me out on how to get this issue resolved

This hotel is an OYO scam, low rates are advertised online but on arrival guests are told (& a sign is displayed) saying that OYO visitors are "not allowed". All this while the staff wander round in OYO uniforms and the rooms have OYO Branding. Actual rates were DOUBLE what was advertised and staff attitude was indifferent. Room had no towels or bottled water, the tap was broken on shower and the receptionist removed the tv remote control. Restaurant is full of flies and offers no soft drinks. Wi-Fi did not work and so far after spending more than an hour speaking to 4 different OYO representatives on the phone I have not received any refund or an explanation as to how this is allowed to happen.

EXTREMELY RUDE staff. Found atleast 20 cockroach when I entered the room after attending wedding nearby. It was extremely badly maintained. Cleanliness is pathetic and the sheets are old and dirty
