Ashika and Deepika were awesome in their service. I love them so much already!! The buffet was close yet they did service from the heart. I'm grateful I met them. Thank you for hosting us at Clarion. Our overall experience was amazing, and we found the staff to be exceptionally attentive. The housekeeping team ensured our room was spotless and they are so friendly,, and the service at the Choice Restaurant was outstanding as well. We truly enjoyed the delicious food throughout our stay, and our special requests were accommodated perfectly. The gym could be better addition some water towel, ||The only discomfort we encountered was the loud music from the rooftop bar, which continued after 2am even. However, when we raised this concern, we were offered a room move, which we appreciated.|||Once again, thank you, Clarion, for a memorable stay

I stayed in Clarion Hotel in May 2025 with family. One of the best Hotel Stays I ever had. Staff is very courteous and help, specially in the restaurant. Highly recommended. Room service was prompt. Billing smooth. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Amazing hospitality by the entire staff. Everybody is just ready to help you. They are so attentive in fulfilling your requirements. Special thanks to Mr Manjunath (chaffeur). The moment you board the cab, he is so approachable and makes you comfortable. Kudos to his safe driving! Thankyou to the entire team !

Special hotel with exceptional staff, superbly led by the GM (Mr Rattan), who was attentive to my needs from the day I arrived. I'd also like to mention Mr Suman, Sathish, Roshini, and Ranjit from NYSA. Being away from home for two weeks, the time flew by and we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Keep up the great work and see you next year!

Had a wedding at the hotel. The hall didn't have proper air conditioning, was extremely hot and we were sweating all night. One guest had dietary requirements, the chef forgot to cook food for the guest and had to wait 30min. The decoration person Anita, was absolutely shocking. If you want your night to be ruined, go with her. Should have paid extra to the hotel and gone with someone else. Nothing was the way we wanted and she almost cancelled twice, one 3 weeks before the ceremony and one 2 days before ceremony. It was very stressful and would not recommend having any function at this hotel especially with this decoration person. The rooms were good, the hotel is good enough for holidays only.

Had a terrible stay at the Clarion Hotel. The rooms were noisy, with other guests blasting TV shows loudly with their doors open. The bedsheets were dusty, and the towels weren't clean. There was no iron board or box to press my clothes. The room's AC wasn't even on, and I had to figure out how to turn it on myself. In the morning, the bath area was flooded and overflowing when I took a shower.

The dinner buffet was incredible and the excellent services provided by Ashika made us feel welcomed and valued. I appreciate all the efforts done by Clarion team from airport pickup by amazing driver to serving amazing hospitality, I enjoyed it!
