City Lake Hotel

I recently stayed at City Lake Hotel for four days, and while I don't usually write reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. The hospitality here is truly top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive at all times, making my stay smooth and enjoyable. A special mention to Sunny, who was in charge of the reception. From the very first day, he handled my early check-in request efficiently and was always available for any assistance I needed. His professionalism and quick response made a lasting impression. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the team and hope they continue to maintain this high standard. Looking forward to staying here again!

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style.The amenities, including the high-speed Wi-Fi and well-equipped bathroom, exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping was excellent, maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay--I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free visit! All thanks to Sunny who is great person to coordinate and get bookings

Neat and clean room. In this budget i dont think you would get such quality and comfort. 250m walk n you get Udupi veg restaurant. It's a remote place.. people who visit surely know why they are there. unlike me.. Only drawback is the manager who does his evening/night shift he's not that welcoming stares like he judges people how they appear.. and in morning while i was checking out the odhia guy in the chair was no nice.

I had a great stay with my family for the second time. The hotel offers a beautiful lake view, a pleasant ambiance, and a professional, polite staff. Special thanks to the front office exec team--Lalit, Sunny, and Rakshit--for their excellent support. The service is quick, and the location is perfect, close to my office, malls, and the airport. This hotel is my top choice!

Pleasantly surprised. Very conveniently nestled in a great location overlooking the lake. The staff are great and very helpful. Rooms are ultra clean and nice smelling. Level 4 can be a little noisy at night because right above it is a lounge and bar restaurant so it is understandable. Otherwise an overall great experience.

The rooms are maintained well but no hot water 24/7 ,after asking electric kettle from night we got in the morning. There were no towels in the room we had to ask 3 times after 1 hr we got one towel .

The hotel was fantastic in terms of cleanliness and room amenities. It's a new property and very well-maintained.The rooms are sparkling clean and the addition of a mini fridge and locker was a nice touch. The only missing feature at the hotel was the facility to prepare coffee/ tea in the room. I need to highlight, my stay was marred by an odd experience with their inhouse restaurant "Koyla". I checked in late afternoon, so had parceled food from outside. When I requested for a plate and spoon, I was told I would be charged 20, which felt completely unnecessary and off-putting. I am a frequent traveller & have traveled across India and never encountered such a bizzare policy. Due to this, I decided to dine elsewhere and ordered food online inspite of the restuarant having a decent menu, but couldn't shake off the bad impression. Otherwise, the hotel itself is great, but the restaurant experience left a bitter taste.

Do not go to this hotel if you are travelling with family. It has a liquor shop at the entrance. Note it, it is not a bar, a liquor shop and have seen drunk people standing outside. Eventhough we booked here through make my trip, we did not stay here looking at the scene below the hotel. The liquor shop is owned by the hotel. they are.l also not posting any negative comments.
