Chairmen's Hotel

We had a function at a nearby venue and had to book some rooms urgently and found this lodge at the time. We had booked 6 double bed rooms here. The booking was easy and the price was reasonable, and the attending reception staff was a good person and was readily available even at mid night. TVs were not working and was anyway not needed for us so it was not an issue AC were working. If it is just a night's stay for some rest then I would recommend this place with rooms available at reasonable prices.

Very poor service, dirty room and bathroom. Water leaked from the top of the bathroom and splashed on the body. Very poor customer service. It seems that the curtain in the room has not been washed since this hotel opened. The guy at the reception didn't even listen to what we said.

Worst ever management here. We approached them for 3 rooms when we had a family function nearby. The management said rooms would be easily available and there's no need for bookings. We were ready to pay advance to book, but they declined saying it isn't necessary as rooms would be available always.. on the day of the event when we approached the hotel with all family members they denied saying no rooms are available! It was so humiliating for us infront of our guests. We went around searching for rooms at midnight and failed to find one. All ladies and elderly had to sleep in cars because of this disgusting management from this hotel. Never recommend this place to anyone

I had booked 11 rooms for a family function nearby on March 6th 2022 for one day stay. My guests came frim Chennai who directly checked-in, as I could not be physically present there and receive them. There were many problems they faced which they did not share with me for about a week. I came to know about a week later through some of them. The problem was ranging from uncleared beer bottles, dirty bed sheets, rats in some rooms, water not coming, no hot water, etc. I and my wife had to experience loss of face whereas we booked this hotel in good faith as it appeared good and was the only option nearby.

Chose this Hotel as it was nearest and cheapest hotel to the place i had to visit. The dining section is very nice, food quality is very good. I found the morning breakfast spicy. Room service is prompt. Bathroom needs to be cleaned. There was some issue with hot water.

Pretty decent hotel. The stay wasn't that good an experience, but their food was good. Egg fried rice was tasty, Naan was soft and fresh. Paneer masala was nice and chicken tikka masala was a little salty. But altogether it was a nice meal. If you are just staying over for a night, then this place is good to go.

They take forever to get the order. Starters were served long after the soup was served. Top it off with waiters hovering over you to finish the food soon and leave. Horrible experience. The food itself also didn't taste good. Definitely not worth the buck

Room was not clean. TV/AC was not in a good condition. Not hot water was available at 5 in the morning. Broken window of cupboard. Tapwater not available in the wash basin. Unresponsive reception desk.
