Chairman's Resort

Specious place, we had an event there. Very near to the mainroad easy to find but hard to face the traffic to get there. I liked the breakfast buffet. There's a party hall, swimming pool, dining area, and couple of rooms. Parking is available Rooms were pretty small, but maintained cleanly. Washrooms in the rooms were very small, but they were maintained well and sanitised.

I recently stayed at Chairman's Resort and had a wonderful experience. The amenities were excellent, and the environment was very relaxing. However, what stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by Lokesh at the reception. He was courteous, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Lokesh's professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference and reflected the high standards of the resort. I hope his dedication is recognized as it greatly enhances the guest experience. Highly recommend this place for its staff and hospitality!

Worst experience ever. Rooms are totally different than the pictures uploaded in websites or the travel partners. Do not become fool seeing that. Service is third class and staff behaviour is pathetic. The swiming pool and games are being used by others outsiders as they run classes. Therefore the inmates doesn't get the benefit properly. Not recommended at all.

We are the regular visitors for this place, and every time we assume that there will be some improvement. The reason we go here is for food. But other than that rest everything is pathetic. The staff is so rude and does not care about the concerns, the reply in the way that the are doing a favour to us. With their behaviour the are spooling the name of the restaurant. If the place is crowded they are even more worst. Writing this review hoping that there will be some improvement during my next visit if I decide to visit this place again.

Absolutely terrible experience. The services were beyond pathetic. The entire floor reeked of a disgusting smell, and the rooms were filthy. The hotel itself was poorly maintained and visibly dirty. To make matters worse, the management was not only rude but equally unprofessional. If there were an option to rate below zero, I wouldn't hesitate to choose it. Disgraceful and unacceptable!

My stay at this resort was a complete letdown. The rooms are shockingly small, barely measuring 10x10 ft. It felt cramped and uncomfortable, leaving no space to move around. The furniture and overall room design were outdated, resembling something from decades ago. Even budget lodges are better maintained than these rooms. The bedspread was in such terrible condition that it caused itching throughout the night. The fabric seemed old and unwashed, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep experience. It was clear that hygiene and comfort were not priorities here. Overall, this resort needs serious renovations and better housekeeping practices. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

I had a highly disappointing experience dealing with the management team, particularly Mr. Prabhu and Mr. Rajendra. Despite multiple follow-ups after requesting a quote, there was no response or acknowledgment from their side. Their lack of communication and accountability reflects a concerning disregard for customer service. It's unfortunate to encounter such an unprofessional and indifferent approach, especially in a customer-facing business. I would advise potential customers to be cautious when considering this establishment, as the lack of responsiveness and basic courtesy is unacceptable.
