Caramel Hotels

We stayed here for a night. The location is excellent - plenty of shops & restaurants abound in the area, and the whole place is vibrant and abuzz. The staff members are warm & helpful. The rooms are clean. A decent play for a night's stay in this part of the city.

Horrible service for the price they charge. Towels were torn and walls had mold. Rats roaming around in lobby.

So called delux rooms are terrible. They charge a bomb and rooms are so dirty. Water is leaking, there is fungus mould on furniture, window panes are terrible. Please see the pictures. Not worth any of your hard earned money. Don't get deceived by online pictures

Not a bad hotel but also don't expect a luxury hotel either. No complaints about the room or service. It is located near shopping and restaurants.

Rooms were not clean, all walls seems like water is dripping in walls service was too poor. Bed was also not good.

Great time staying at caramel hotel Cons: 5th floor rooms have some issues like constant disturbance by birds and pigeons, bathroom is not clean and hygienic, there is also no slab over the roof...it's just like a tin shed, and pigeons being over its top, they constantly make noises. Also little worms pop up here and there in the bathroom sometimes. There are no ceiling fans in any rooms but they provide standing fans if asked for. There is no in-house restaurant. Pros: Great location. Many restaurants are nearby. Easily accessible. Great reception and service. Polite staff. Affordable price range. Spacious rooms.

Oly advantage of this hotel is the prime location everything else is below standard & no where it's a 3 star hotel it's just like a lodge

Location wise the room is good. Support staff were very helpful as well. However there is no food or room service. water filter or RO is not available, you have to buy mineral water only. Even after paying half of total bill as advance and telling that we will pay the balance amount at check out (because water bill will be added), the front desk manager kept on asking for the balance amount 4 times a day as if we will leave the hotel without paying. Did not expect such rude behaviour in the hospitality industry.
