Review of Capital O N R Residency - Highly Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at NR Residency and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the hotel offers only single rooms with attached bathrooms, which is quite basic. Despite not being located in a prime area or within the city, they charged 1,200 per night for a single room--an unreasonably high price considering the facilities provided. Additionally, I was charged an extra 200 for checking in just two hours before the standard check-in time of 12:00 PM, which I found excessive and unreasonable. To make matters worse, there was no room service provided, which further diminished the value for money. Overall, given the high pricing, lack of amenities, and poor service, I do not recommend NR Residency to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced stay.

This is the worst hotel to stay and has the worse staff you will experience especially if you are a North indian. I had terrible experience of my life living in this hotel. First of all they charges us 1000 extra while checkin and 100 extra during checkout as a room service charge and didn't even provide room service. The staff is extremely rude. The man on the counter fought with us in the middle of night at 4am and used to raise his voice at us every now and then. This hotel made my whole trip soo bad that i would never ever think of visiting yelhanka again. If you want to make your trip successful plz do not visit this hotel.

I booked a single-person room through OYO, but upon arrival, the hotel staff demanded extra money despite my confirmed booking. Thinking it was a one-off issue, I booked another hotel through OYO--and the same thing happened again! This is beyond frustrating. Bangalore hotels and OYO's service are completely unreliable. Worst place to visit. Avoid at all costs!

The reviews are mostly fake it was my worst experience here the staff is very rude and arrogant and they charge extra money for nothing do not visit the hotel

There was a problem with the room's air conditioner. No action was taken despite informing the workers about their poor behaviour.

Extremely poor reception experience and improper maintenance.The receptionist is requesting more money than online price.
