The rooms are spacious. Staff is polite and good service. Neatness is well maintained .

rooms are tidy, hotel staff is really nice as well, breakfast was provided and was extremely nice and extremely hygienic. their service for tea, hot water is really fast and extremely nice overall, loved my stay shout out to the hotel owner Mr nagaria for early check in and making my stay stress free it's located near the most happening places like mg road, commercial street making it great at its price most recommend!

Awful hotel, bathroom was filthy, the drain was full of muck and water wouldn't drain away when taking a shower, was like standing in a paddling pool with dirty water from floor. Sheets and pillow cases stained and off white. Towels didn't smell fresh. We waited for a taxi one evening and a guy who worked at the hotel was constantly making awful noises then spitting at the side of reception through door, it made me feel nausea. We asked for a bottle of water when we arrived late at night, we were told to go to supermarket 500 yards away. They had bottles of water behind reception, because I saw the receptionist lift bottles out

Very bad situation of room bed cover pillow cover and quilt have stains all room is dusty smell of fungus all around room

Had come to Bangalore for a training visit back in November 2022, where a room was allotted to me by the company in contact with me. Have to say, the hospitality provided here was really cherishing and the staff were also very kind. In addition to that, the design of the given hotel rooms were also very modern and eye-catching, with the hotel situated next to the workplace i was scheduled to arrive. Overall, it was a great experience ranging from the luxury of the rooms to the attitude of the staff, one which will remain in my memory for a very long time.

Very nice location, friendly staff, neat and very clean rooms. We got nice complimentary breakfast. Bathroom & Toilet was very clean. Hot water was available without any issues. Will visit again. We wanted to iron our cloths as we didn't have enough time to give it for laundry. The staff gave the iron box which really helped us. Thanks a lot for your service.

The hotel is located very close to MG Road and close to the Shivaji Nagar bus terminus. The rooms are new as is the hotel itself. The room rates vary and I got one for Rs. 2500. There are no different types of rooms. While the service is responsive, the maintenance can be improved. Breakfast is included and was good enough. It's recommended to go early to get better tasting tea. Overall, the hotel is good.

Deeply regret in choosing this hotel. Will not recommend to anyone. There were only flaws to say this hotel. ||||Cons||||Unprofessional staff attitude. ||These oyo hotels will not share the contact number even after asking to their customer care lot of times.||Super hard Mattress which is not a worth for a night stay||Worst ever complimentary breakfast faced. (omelette chargeable). It's far better to remove the breakfast option than to provide tasteless cum cheap menu.||The open Restaurant area is completely worst. It's unsuitable for Ladies & Family group travelers ||Dental kit chargeable||Unavailability of hot water||Dead slow shower system. Have to rely on old school bucket & mug||Unprofessional Staff attitude.||||||I was in need of early Checkin but promised to checkout within 11 hours of my stay but still argued to charge Rs.750 ( Again included breakfast + GST ). So totally charged for Double breakfast. They should have considered this as mostly star category hotels compromise with the customers. If they had given their contact number I would have preferred any other hotel.
