The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. And the reception girl is so kind and cute and hotel honour is very kind .

They did not give us accommodation and didn't even give a refund back They said that you are 18-19 so you cannot take the place, apparently it is legal to accommodate people of 18 years or so . If a hotel doesn't want to do that, it your HOTEL POLICY and not the COUNTRY POLICY!!!!! So mention that in your policies. They told us to cancel the booking on Agoda by talking to the customer care. Apparently the booking was partially refundable but we weren't able to cancel because that needs hotel confirmation of the people showing up. They didn't give us a refund at all. The staff was rude and didn't offer any help. It is situated at an awful location. Considering you guys are a new place built, kindly work on your policies.

Great stay ! Very clean rooms, well maintained, warm water is available all time. Neat and Clean bathroom, staff behaviour is also good.

It was a great experience to stay there . Rooms were clean . Inhouse resturant food was good . And it's near to airport.

The hotel rooms are very neat and clean. The service was top notch. Complimentary breakfast was provided and it was delicious and healthy. Wifi was available and the staff members are polite.

Excellant hotel, well maintained, staffs are very good. Very convenient to airport.

Neat and peaceful place to consider if you're going to airport. The rooms are affordable and service at front desk was very nice.
