Attide Boutique Hotel

One of the worst places to have lunch , right from the start everything was a disappointment they started serving food at 12:45pm after waiting for 15mins, the food was cold,chicken uncooked, the fish fry they served had a strong fish smell! A basic ice cream wasn't there, it's summer and they say they don't have it. There were small flies on the sweets! How disgusting! Why should I give 880 for this? Moreover after we told this to the manager they gave an additional 10% discount like we asked them for it, I cannot have another lunch. The staff were very nice! That's the only plus point.

Situated 15mins away from Phoenix mall of Asia, the price point is pretty good for a big room with a nice king size bed which was very comfortable. Some downside is the toilet lights can't be switched off and there's so many switches it's confusing. Breakfast was also pretty average, not much international food options. Gym was also pretty bare, there's dumbbells up to 15kg and the weighted machine is up to 60kg weights. There's 2 treadmill which allows a decent cardio workout. It's also right beside the train track but thankfully I wasn't awoken any of the days by the train passing by.

I stayed at Attide Hotel, and while the hotel itself is decent, the area around it is a complete mess. Right outside, there's a cigarette and beeda shop that attracts a constant crowd of people who loiter around, making it extremely uncomfortable for guests. There is no proper parking space, and because of the crowd at the shop, it's nearly impossible to bring your car in or out without being blocked. The place is dirty, noisy, and chaotic, with people sitting around, spitting, and creating unnecessary scenes. It feels totally unsafe and unwelcoming. This completely ruined what should have been a peaceful stay. If management doesn't take action to clean up the surroundings and regulate who's hanging around outside, I definitely won't be coming back.

We had been here with our 35 members team fr lunch buffet in 2023, the quality of food was so good! Today we went again assuming it will be the same, it was just a waste of our time going there , the food was so bad, specially chicken. Mutton let it be anything we would prefer hot food , we were there at 12.45 sharp, the food was cold we don't eat cold food at home itself why would we eat there,and number of dishes were very less compared to the price, It's just waste going there, don't believe there Instagram get fools n go!

Veg options are very limited. And they do not even bother to refill the empty dishes. Especially main course and Sweets and savories. No use in paying hefty prices. They must stop providing plastic bottles, instead they can serve with the glasses. The apperance and presentation will make eyes bloom, butnot the food

Everything was okay, the room, ambience and more importantly the food was very good. Service was top notch. We had occupied the hall for workshop and they were very good too. Overall, satisfied with the stay. Highly recommended

Terrible Experience - False Promises & Unprofessional Service We booked a suite at this hotel for our wedding and had clearly informed them during booking that we needed an early check-in. We also confirmed with the reception that we could use the property for a bridal photoshoot. They agreed to both requests, and we paid in advance to secure the booking. However, on the day of check-in, when we called to confirm, the hotel suddenly denied early check-in, claiming all rooms were full. Despite multiple calls, the staff was unhelpful and kept repeating the same scripted response instead of addressing our concerns. To make matters worse, even though we had prior approval for the photoshoot, security and hotel supervisors interrupted us mid-shoot, rudely asking us to stop, saying it was not allowed and disturbing the guests. If this was the case, why were we falsely assured at the time of booking? We could have easily chosen a better hotel instead of dealing with this unprofessionalism. This place operates on misleading commitments and zero accountability. If you are considering booking for any special occasion, get everything in writing to avoid last-minute surprises. Better yet, choose a more reliable hotel. Worst service, fake promises--never booking here again.

Not one to brag, but having visited 40+ countries in my life, I can be qualified enough to say that my visit to Hotel Attide is hands down one of my worst experiences. |I had visited Hotel Attide to partake in a wedding function. |The banquet manager Pradeep is extremely unprofessional with no service mindset. Despite having booked a dinner for 250+ people, he barely interacted or supported us on the arrangements. |The rooms booked were unclean, musty and dank. When we ordered coffee and refreshments to the room, it took almost 90 minutes to be served. Power backup was not effective and kept going off every few minutes. The dining area was dark and the food served was mediocre, cold and tasteless. |Overall it was a horrendous experience and I would never ever visit the place.
