Dear Pranjit & Team, ||This is Tushar, the brides (Nikita) brother. I would like to show my gratitude to you all for taking utmost care of the entire event. Your services were excellent. Whenever we called you, you came for our help. We have not faced any issues. ||Food was very delicious and well arranged. ||In the main event you and your whole team was with us till 1.30 am. ||All the rooms and the arrangements made were awesome. ||There was one incident where my Father had left his envelope (with money inside) at the reception. The Receptionist Ms. Pavitra was very sincere and helpful in returning the envelope with money intact. ||The overall experience was fantastic and all our guests were happy and satisfied with all the services rendered.||I will definitely recommend this resort to everyone. Thank you so much for everything.

Fraud Alert Also One & only Guitar Banned Property in the world, Iam a Musician and I took most premium rooms from 25/03/25 to 27/03/25 and First impression itself was terrible, I visited there with an acoustic guitar, once they see guitar their attitude changed , they told me Don't play guitar in room, I stayed more than 500+ Properties in India, for the first time iam visiting a Guitar banned property, So I told them, no problem, i can play outside, then they replied, Outside Also not allowed, i felt like very strange, As everyone knows, Acoustic guitar means natural guitar , it don't have any speakers, also it's volume is too lesser than our natural talking sound, If they maintaining 100% Quiet ambience, then I can agree with them atleast 5%, But this property is already very noisy, and always large drilling & cutting noise coming from nearby work site also from their brewery, Most importantly, there was a private event happened in 26/03/25 and they played very loud music till midnight, the whole building was vibrating due to loud sound, and we waited upto 12.30 am for getting sleep, You can assume my frustration, but we didn't complaint, bcos they don't even know what is the basics of hospitality, Like Laptop allowed in all properties, guitar is my work tool and it's more lesser volume than a laptop My job is practice guitar, they refuse to do my job, I paid 15k INR for the stay and I have right to play guitar in my room unless it will not disturb others, Iam about to ask the Manager 's or owners contact for asking what is the reason for the guitar ban, but i stopped myself, Bcos i don't like to talk to peoples who don't know the value of art & music in our society and life, It's better keep quiet than trying to educate brainless people, Also after booking, I got a pdf message of Property rules, but this guitar ban is not mentioned in that , Kindly update property rule with Guitar ban, So then i can share that to all my fellow musicians about bevare from this property, Atleast they can tell like, Sir you can play guitar but don't disturb others, and their privacy, that is understandable and manners, I have the common sense and maturity to respect others privacy, Iam expecting a call from management asap , before iam creating a content video about this strange resort and my bad experience, Don't do this to any of my other fellow musicians, You guys no need to respect art, but atleast try, not to insult art... Add on : I booked due to good reviews, but 1st day itself i understand their play, After i done dinner at botanica, one waiter come to me and ask to review property, once I open Gmap, that boy himself given 5 star, he has no right to touch my phone, but he took my phone and given 5star rating, for avoiding that negative person i didn't react, now iam re editting and doing this genuine review, Simply we can tell all the reviews are Fake, Also Having food from botanica is like they are giving food for free, their attitude is very rude except only one gentle waiter boy, Regards

I had an amazing experience at Holiday Village Resort! The atmosphere was fantastic, and the overall service was excellent. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Ankur, who was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! Botanica is a hidden gem in Bangalore, bringing a slice of Bali right to the heart of the city. Every dish we tried was beautifully plated and packed with flavors. The menu offers a mix of continental, Asian, and Indian dishes, catering to different palates. We particularly loved the Tawa Chicken and Mushroom Gaualti--both were bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. Their mocktails were refreshing, and the Iceland oasis was a standout.||The service was friendly and prompt, adding to the overall experience. The staff was attentive, making great recommendations based on our preferences.||For a place that offers such a unique ambiance and great food, the pricing is quite reasonable. I had a fantastic experience at holiday village resort! The ambience was absolutely delightful, with a perfect blend of elegance and relaxation. The atmosphere was enhanced by the soothing live music, which made the evening even more enjoyable. A special mention to Ravi Singh for his outstanding service--he was attentive, courteous, and ensured that everything was just perfect. His professionalism and friendly approach truly made our visit memorable. Overall, a great place to unwind, enjoy good music, and experience top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended!

Nice ambience. Greenery. Good for office outing . Nice rooms with highlighting on amazing tasty food. Good supportive staff going all the way to support customers requirement. Nice open to space restaurant. Every where greenery with eco-friendly.

1. The outside vibe was good. There is enough space for Children to play around. 2. The pond was clean. 3. There are 3 Areas for seating. Pond Side Seating, Semi Private Couple Seating, Family Seating. 4. Most of the Mocktails which are uploaded by reviewers are NOT AVAILABLE now. So do not visit by referring to the images. 5. Nachos was not up to the mark. But, Fries was Good. 6. Not happy with the Service person. 7. Plenty of Parking space available. But on the way road is the worst. Beware potholes everywhere.

We had a pleasant, joyful and relaxing stay here. Service in the restaurant was good and it was very lovely with live music. Lovely ambience with nature filled places around. Must visit with family or friends for a great time.
