Worst place to stay, room was full of insects & cockroaches in wardrobe, bathrooms, entry door, on the bed everywhere!!! First Pay Money then After Check - in Hotel. Hotel charge Pay after check out time is not applicable.It was not upto the expectations. room service was very very bad and bathroom also not cleaned properly & No water. My 2 stars less to this place is because there was a lift but not in a working condition so our room is on the 3rd floor.So climbing is very tiredly.When we ordered food here at 9 pm, we received it about 2 hours late. Food menu some item available.some not. The mangement has to seriouly look into this matter.

As the name says 'Tumbay Comforts' meaning very comfortable I guess in Kannada this place is just perfect for a 2-3 days visit. But the comfort that I was refering to was the room. My 2 stars less to this place is because there was a lift but not in a working condition so you have to climb 6 flights of stairs if your room is on the 3rd floor. When we ordered food here at 9 pm, we received it about 2 hours late. The mangement has to seriouly look into this matter.

This may not be the best situation to review this place. Because, most part of Tumakuru has been dug up to carry out Smart City Project. Minus points... The rooms are small No bath towel provided Lift is not functioning Approach was bad, but that is temporary, due to road work. Plus points... The reception was good Room was neat and clean Bathroom was also clean Ideal location, close to bus stand etc..

The best value for money Oyo experience in Tumkur. The people here are well mannered and the service is exemplary for the cost. Surprising thing was the quality of food here. They serve wonderful tasty food here for affordable rate. Extremely happy with the service. Hope to do my future stays in this place. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for Clea and affordable place.

Nice and cozy rooms. They have their own kitchen, so food is available from morning to late night. They have basement parking but is a bit problem here sometimes during day time due to offices below the lodge. If you have booked through oyo please don't forget to carry a hard copy of ID proofs of all the members who are going to stay, or else no entry for people who don't have IDs as the manager here is strict in following rules.

Very bad experience. I was with my family only for one night while travelling back from Kerala to pune. The hotel is on second floor without a working lift. Also the hotel staff is not keen in helping you with the luggage. The room was not clean and neither the bathroom. The rooms didn't have any drinking water and had to be bought. It didn't have glasses too. It was stinking with cigarette smoke smell which when told to manager he sprayed a freshner. The food we ordered for dinner was tasteless and we hardly ate it. We had a extra bed which the bell boy brought and kept in the room as it is. He didn't even make the bed. I had to put the bedsheet etc. The staff was not helpful and didn't even help to get the luggage down from the second floor to parking. I have already raised the concerns with OYO from where I booked. Let's see if they give a proper feedback to the manager

Good place in thumkur to relax if u are heading south via road ...clean hotel ...the staff is good ...they have a restaurant in the same hotel ...& Serve good food ...we ordered chicken gravy n nan which was good ...only the cold coffee was too sweet ...staff helps around lots even though we check in late in the night around 9.30

Approach road was completely dug up. Added to it a maze of one ways made reaching the Hotel a Herculean task. Nearby Masjid keeps you awake all night. Unsafe area.
