This is the second time I've stayed in a Oyo hotel, after a gap of 1 year. For me, the stay was more about learning Oyo's mastery over shoe string budget hotels and I am highly delighted.||What was really great? |1. Location - Less than 300m from Yeshwantpur Industrial metro station and less than 3kms from Brigade Gateway office complex, Orion Mall, Isckon Temple. I had earlier stayed in Taj Vivanta which is next door, due to a similar location advantage but that costs 10x even after getting corporate rates. |2. Value Proposition - Rs.700 ($11) per night after availing a running offer on Oyo app, in a decent sized room with clean linen and washroom. Hot water in washroom along with complimentary soap, shampoo, working shower, 21" TV with cable, 56kbps Internet (this kind of sucked but at least I could book Uber), triple beds, complimentary water bottle.|3. Additional brownie points - Courteous people in reception, Credit card payment accepted, in house restaurant allowing bills to be added to hotel room, food taste not horrible (road side affair), porter to carry your luggage, fairly quick room service, bills provided for expenses. People from outside India might not relate to why I've added these things as brownie points but this is a far departure (in a positive way) from the services low cost hotels in India would offer. ||Scope for improvement||Must have|1) Tea/Coffee as room service - It was disappointing to see tea/coffee not present in room service and even in the restaurant. It was so hard to get up in the morning without a dose of caffeine (made me self reflect though) |2) Quieter room at night - Some machine kept buzzing till late night. Being a heavy sleeper, it didn't bother me much but could be irksome for others|3) Discipline for staff - There is a hanging signage which says Privacy and Clean my room. I hung it as Privacy needed. However, on both the days that I stayed, the cleaning staff opened the door in the morning using keys without even knocking. |4) Quicker problem resolution - Even after complaining, the washroom had a faulty water mixer resulting in just steaming hot water. The thing wasn't fixed in 48 hours and the repair man simply turned off the geyser as the best possible solution! ||Good to Have|1) Better internet speed|2) Discipline for guests - Many of the guests were extremely noisy, chatter outside their room or have the television volume yanked up.|3) One pager document on tourist places in Bangalore or a 1 day or 2 day suggested itinerary

Big rooms, and clean hotel..prices are so cheap..I could not gobble up my allotted quota for business trip..very helpful reception and even helped me book cabs..||Has a attached restaurant, which serves very good food, specially Chicken 65 was awesome.||Room Service is ok, and not so classy, but you get what you want..||And also they let me check in early, thanks to OYO..||Place to go on a business trip, and located very near to Metro also..||Morning Breakfast is tasty. On the downside, charges for everything, even water. Atleast increase the room rent, and provide drinking water in rooms..It sometimes becomes irritating to call up reception to get water..

Budget hotel AC working well. Locality is very good near to Yeshwanthpur Railway station. Room service is there. Only issue room not up to mark bath room is worse. Hopefully I never ever book this room again. OYO Rooms charges more. Compare to other travel sites.

poor service, no TV (TV is there but it never work in 3 days), for AC to work during day time you have to call reception to turn it on. first day when we check in (me and my wife) the guy at reception was very helpful however from next day onward it's a lady with no smile and with attitude problem. we ask TV is not working and a guy came after 10 mins and tried different remote and left by saying he will be back, after half an hour i called reception to know the status and one rude voice said there in no power and disconnect. for breakfast same monotonous every day. bed is making sound everygood thing is 10 min walking distance there are couple of good restaurant shivbhoj, unnu munchi

Pre booked this room. (XIVU4896). I reached a few hours before check in. Met the manager, was confirmed that the room will be available while check in. I went to attend conference. Came back during lunch time. Was told that the room was never allotted to me and that they had confirmed this to oyo. Called Oyo. They had no clue about it and told me that the booking was confirmed by hotel. The hotel manager was sure that there is no room so no point in arguing.|| I left and had to check in some other hotel, ended up paying more, time wasted, travel money wasted. The worst part that an imp part of the conference got missed. || When i resumed conference, probably Oyo figured out the mess. They got some other oyo hotel booked for me after 3-4 hours. Wow! I was so glad that they tried. || Sad. I am not going to trust them again any time soon.

Additional points - Courteous people in reception, Credit card payment accepted, in house restaurant allowing bills to be added to hotel room, food taste is tooo good ( Coastal Curry) attached to the hotel, porter to carry your luggage, fairly quick room service, bills provided for expenses.

the approach to the hotel was terribly hopeless with some road rep air work going on and the entire road being dug up.||||the room was just good but certainly not like the picture that you see in the ad.||||the reception was warm and friendly.||||the one thing that needs a complete overhaul is the quality and service of food. the restaurant is mediocre in maintenance. breakfast lacked variety and was not replenished in time for the guests.

Hotel room was good. But food quality was not that great. ||||Location has good accessibility to BIEC Bangalore.||||Yeshwantpur Metro station is nearby.||||There is no good restaurant/places to hang around nearby.||||Staff behaviour was good
