OYO 62672 SKN Lodge

So genuine hotel staff and service. If you need anything just ask to owner he will manage it for you so polite and freindly owner i ever met. I give 100/100 rating for making my stay fantastic and secure. I stayed full month without any Complaints, Very close to national highway, perfect price, great service. Stay once if u r at Bangalore.

Reception staff doesn't know how to behave with the customers an old guy who handled the check in behaved as if we were homeless guys seeking his refuge An insult shall be a consolation to to customers who tries to do business with this Hotel Very disappointed

I recently booked a hotel, booking ID-ZICQ6381 (OYO 62672 Rg grand highway hotel) in arasinakunte, bangalore through oyo app. On 7 dec, 2019. I recieved confirmation email and message from oyo that the booking is confirmed. I had my family with me and 1 child. When i reached bangalore, i tried contacting hotel manager, i recived no response. I tried contacting oyo support, they told that the property is fully booked and told me to shift to some other property that was far away and had very low ratings. I tried contacting oyo support several times but no help was received. One support executive was very rude and misbehaved. When i reached the hotel location i was unable to find hotel. (They removed all boards of hotel and branding). Somehow i managed to find hotel which was above a restaurant. I went to the reception and talked to the the receptionist. He started giving excuses that the owner of the hotel is changed and oyo id is blocked. He also said hotel is full. I argued with him because i had women and children with me and there was no hotel nearby. So he agreed to give me room by paying extra charges and not through oyo. Due to negligence of your support executives, me and my family suffered during the trip, which was beyond my tolerance.

Worst experience. Booked room for 3 people and received double bed only. When we asked they blame oyo and made fun of us for not knowing kannada and hindi.

As there was geyser problem i couldn't take bath from hot water, managed by cold water.

Worst hotel for highway. This beggars are are only for money. It's not for tourists. Cheap peoples abuses you if you try to contact them. Third class hotel have ever seen..

Service is to poor and mostly it is in oyo but they don't accept oyo ..need to cancel oyo then we have to take direct

Cheap and best place to stay. Room is clean and well maintained. Staffs are friendly here
