Worst oyo hotel. Oyo and the hotel owner is together making scam and fooling customers. Don't ever book this oyo. Room and washroom locks are broken and there are cockroaches in the room as well as in the washroom. No safety and hygiene. Worst experience

Most pathetic hotel , Very unprofessional staff Not recommended . No water , no basic amenities.

Rooms are decent but the linen and pillows are stained and not washed properly. Service is horrible. My guests stayed for 2 days and ordered tea on the first day. The cups were not taken away until checkout. Also even after explicitly asking for room service, no one came to clean the room. I would have given 0 stars for the service. Do not prefer this hotel for staying. I am never choosing this hotel again.

This hotel is completely FRAUD . "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT THIS HOTEL". Such a bad experience. I have booked the hotel from Agoda and I was charged for the room. However, the hotel receptionist said the rooms are full and they can accommodate me. When I checked in their system there was a room booked on my name and it was paid. I requested to speak with the owner and the owner said the rooms are not unavailable you can contact Agoda for any questions or clarifications and the hotel is not responsible for room booking. I didn't even receive any refund or anything. It was a really bad experience in the rainy midnight. I really curse the owner and staff for their behaviour.

I had a visit during my office function and had One of the decent and best stay for 2 days. The management are sweet and good at Hospitality. I wish you guys lot of luck and please go with Quality stay rather than quantity, you guys will do great Areas to improve : 1. Bathroom cleaning before giving a new room 2. lack of towels and bath mat, i hear laundry problem 3. Clean Bed sheets

The amount shown on the site is much less than what they charge. The receptionist / person supposedly incharge is extremely rude and of no help. Despite the full advance payment made online we had to pay double the rent paid online to just get the key to the room. Rooms are good , but after the extremely rude & shocking reception , having serious doubts.

Recently had the worst customer service. Prior booked the hotel where it was shown as 800 and when i went to the reception, the manager charged for 1300 in total. The manager was a grumpy one who doesn't even know how to talk to the customers.I had my first stay before and they charged 1000 which is understandable.The receptionist was another guy who was decent enough.But this time it was such a disgrace from their part. The only thing i liked were the rooms but always a thumbs down for the customer service

FRAUD hotel. Please don't book online guys. A rude person in reception will say online is not accpted after the booking completed by Agoda. Even they don't picked the number before i came to hotel. My money Rs1250 is gone in air bcz of this hotel people. Worst behavior I think this manager is came out from prison in his past, he will talk and behave like this.
