I stayed at Collection O Hotel Cosmopolitan from was thoroughly disappointed. Here's why: *Room Issues* - Room was tiny, with barely enough space to move around. - The bed creaked and sagged, making it difficult to sleep. - The air conditioning unit was loud and didn't cool the room properly. - The bathroom was outdated, with a leaky faucet and a shower that didn't drain properly. *Poor Customer Service* - The front desk staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful. - It took forever to get assistance with even the simplest requests. - When I complained about the room issues, the staff seemed unconcerned. *Hotel Amenities* - The hotel's Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. - The breakfast buffet was limited and overpriced. - The fitness center was small and poorly equipped. Overall, my stay at Collection O Hotel Cosmopolitan was a disappointment. With so many other great hotels in the area, I wouldn't recommend wasting your money here. I do have the worst experience. When I complained to OYO service I was relocated to another hotel which was originally shown in OYO pictures.It was a little better condition in terms of space . And most of people don't want to argue about these cheating at the night time after travelling long distance. These guys live with the money they make by cheating the customers.

This is the worst stay i ever had. They didn't clean rooms may be months together. Lot of bad smell, mold, dust, leftovers from previous stayed people. No maintenance, bed sheets are molded. NEVER DARE TO GO THIS. NO OPTION TO GIVE ZERO STAR.

Review: Our stay at Collection Hotel was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've ever had. We received a booking confirmation through OYO and traveled a long distance expecting a smooth check-in process. However, upon arrival, we were informed that they were overbooked--apparently with more than 30 bookings despite only having 10 rooms available. The staff and management were uncooperative and dismissive, making us argue for nearly an hour just to get the room we'd already reserved. When we finally entered our room, it was clear that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority here. The room had a strong, stale odor as if it hadn't been opened or aired out in ages. The bed itself smelled awful, and the pillows were in a disgusting state, stained and with stray hairs on them--indicating they hadn't been changed or washed. The bathroom was even worse: not only was it dirty, but it was crawling with cockroaches, adding to the overall feeling of neglect and lack of basic hygiene. For anyone considering staying at Collection Hotel, I would strongly advise against it. Despite being offered at a seemingly reasonable price, the poor service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable room conditions make it a terrible choice. Spend your money on a hotel that values cleanliness and customer service--you can easily find a better place in the same price range. Skip this one for your peace of mind.

The manager was rude and unprofessional behavior during my visit. I encountered multiple issues that required managerial assistance. Unfortunately, the manager was either unavailable or unwilling to engage with guests. When I brought up an issue with the cleanliness of my room, they brushed it off and made no effort to rectify the situation.

very very Worst experience ever. This hotel is a scam and the manager is too greedy and rude. The reception staff was very unhelpful and unresponsive, room amenities were unavailable and poorly maintained. room was not properly cleaned and sheets were very dirty, the walls were paper thin and I could hear everything from the neighboring room and hallway so it was very difficult to stay at night. The management was very rude and raised concerns about my room he was uninterested and unwilling to help *** Never book a room in this hotel it is a very bad experience that you will face****

They have not Given us Room for what price i have booked, they are demanding double or triple the price,Worst experience: 1. Asking extra money 2. Lack of basic Amenities 3. Constant power Cuts 4. Rude behaviour of staffs 5. Dirty rooms , when asked to change bedsheets ,first denying the req then finally agreeing to do it.

This is the one of the worst hotels I have been to. Worst behaviour of the staff. That guy at reception is least bothered about what issues costumer are facing. On the contrary he is showing attitude. Ac was not working. Pillow covers are torn. Dirty washrooms. Curtains are torn. Worst hotel.
