Clarks Inn, Near Bangalore Airport

The beds were very comfortable, very neat and tidy. At reception, the service was excellent. Later, we had buffet dinner on 11th April 2025 and the food was just great. The waiting staff were very courteous and helpful. On 12th, we had buffet breakfast and all the dishes were great. The service was excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anybody.

My stay was comfortable and satisfactory. The room service was prompt and professional, ensuring all my needs were met. Despite being alone, I felt completely safe and secure throughout my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it to others.

We hosted a bulk booking at Clarks Inn for a wedding ceremony. The best part about the hotel is that it has multiple room types such as 3BHK, 2BHK, Family room, Suite room and executive room. This is great for family, group of friends or just individuals. The rooms are spacious and beautifully done. Special call out to Vinyas & Bhoomika who helped us with planning, check-in and managing guests. The food at hotel is pretty decent. The breakfast and buffet spread was tasty and had a good variety. The banquet is good to host small office events or functions like sangeet & mehendi. Special call out to Geeta, Manoj & DK Singh who helped us with event management and the food. Overall the staff is very helpful, the variety of rooms offered is great and rooms are well maintained.

Extremely poor service. No hospitality no customer care. The worst hotel in service. I am an Executive of Corporate I am in tour job. I have stayed more than 50 hotels in last one year in India. But never seen such a poor customer care and service. They have no minimum concern for customer. You have to ask small small things repeatedly to get the service.

Extremely Poor Service - No Hospitality, No Guest Care I checked in on 23rd March and will be checking out on 26th March. Unfortunately, my experience with the restaurant here has been extremely disappointing. There is absolutely no hospitality or guest care. I went to the restaurant for dinner and asked for a couple of things during my meal, but no one bothered to serve me. Despite multiple reminders, the staff simply ignored my requests. Even after I finished my dinner, no one cared to check if I needed anything else or to fulfill the pending requests. When I asked to speak to the manager, to my surprise, a maintenance engineer came instead. Not a single person from the restaurant or hospitality team showed up. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for any place that claims to serve guests. Overall, there is zero guest handling, no courtesy, and absolutely no sense of responsibility. I still have a day left, but this experience has already left a bad impression. Definitely not recommended for anyone expecting basic service and hospitality.

It's truly an awesome place to host a conference. The environment is peaceful, and the banquet area is well-maintained, neat, and clean. Our three-day conference went very smoothly, and we're grateful to all the hotel staff for their excellent service. A special thanks to the F&B team for doing a fantastic job. The food was great, and overall, it was a wonderful experience!"

Wonderful hotel located near Airport, rooms were very clean and facilities excellent. Restaurant was superb and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would love to come back and recommend friends and relatives.

I generally write a review when I recieve a terrible service or an extraordinary service. Glad that I am writing this review for a fabulous experience I had with Clarksinn for my 4 days stay. We had booked a regular room for a family of 4. As the staff at the hotel felt that the room was a little small to accommodate 4 of us, they offered us to check out their spacious very well equipped suite room and move in to that place at no additional charge. Yes you read it right. Special mention to the team at the restaurant as well. They too were outstanding with their service on all 4 days with a smile on their face at all times. They really do know how to keep their guests happy. Buffet Breakfast and dinner were delicious too. Every time we moved out and came back, room was cleaned without us even requesting for it. All in all, we had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work Team Clarksinn.
