OYO Flagship 810634 New Mayuri Lodge

Don't book at any cost. This OYO room seems to be fake or a nicely crafted scam or out of the world unprofessional person running. We booked through Oyo app and when we reached the location the entire lodge was closed. There is not a single sign of OYO anywhere to be found. Somehow we managed to track the number of the owner and he started saying I will come in 5-10 mins and we waited 2 hrs and nothing happened. Meantime we contacted Oyo customer care and they are the worst customer care in any field. The Oyo customer care again made us wait somehow for 1 hr and still no proper response. The location was also somehow isolated as it is on highway so we moved towards the town and found another accommodation. Finally after 2.5 hrs the lodge manager called and said I will reach the lodge in 10 mins and give you check-in.

Rooms are not good, bath room n toilet not good, water heater available but hot water is not available, no proper water facility, not good for travellers and family's Need to improve.

Best part is very affordable and peaceful locality Felt very safe during the stay here Felt like home So well maintained washrooms We stayed here for 2 days, there where no maintenance issues Very polite staff Provided with first class amenities In such less price

The hotel was closed permanently & no one is responding on the numbers but they are accepting bookings & payments on Oyo , Please be careful while booking these type of hotels in Oyo.

Rooms are not clean. I just spent few hours to sleep. I don't suggest for this for anyone.
