This place is pathetic!! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS HOTEL. I am posting this review while I am here. I am here for two nights, booked an executive suite (501), and we are regretting it!!They do not understand hospitality; if you ask for anything or complain, they laugh and giggle at the guest.The issues we have faced - The hotel has two televisions in the executive suite, but the management doesn't want to recharge the setup box even after multiple requests.- The housekeeping staff is impolite and does not understand bare minimum requirements. Takes forever to give water towels, etc.- When we went to the pool, we were under the assumption (based on all the good experiences we have had in the past) that there would be towels in the changing room, but guess what?? There were no towels, and when I asked for them, I was advised to go to the room and get them. My toddler was freezing, and we had to keep them in the pool until I could get the towels.- When we went to the restaurant, there were sofa tables reserved for no reason. I requested that I need a sofa table because that's where the AC was functional... For the dinner, after some conversations, we were given the table, but for breakfast today, the manager declined the request, and I had to tell him to give a place where there is proper AC. I am okay with it. He, after some unpleasant conversations, gave us a table but ruined the moments we wanted to enjoy. My husband didn't have breakfast and left. Horrible, isn't it!!- They have a gym, but they don't switch on the AC, so you really can't work out because of no ventilation.- When I narrated these issues to Rudra, who is a manager, he showed no response that was near to being concerned abouts' well-being.There are many more bad memories we have made here in a day, and I urge you all to avoid this place. Do not fall for the positive reviews.

Rupshan had been very nice and professional. He took care of us so well that we feel like revisiting. We liked the overall cleanliness and spread of food. Quality of food is also good. The place is also easy to locate courteous staff. Good ambience and room size

Nice staff specifically krishna. Good ambience along with tasty food. Need to increase veg dessert options. Recommend place by comfortable stay. My room exceeded my expectations. It was not only clean and well-maintained, but the decor and overall ambiance made it feel like a home away from home.

My stay was overall good. Nice clean spacious room. Bed was comfortable and clean. All the amenities were good except TV. Pool area is awesome, on the top floor great view. Adult and kid pool, clean water. Gym is also there. They provided coupon for message and drink. Breakfast has lot of option and it was good. Friendly and welcoming staff.|Specially thanks Mr.Subrat

The hotel stay was excellent, with great rooms, delicious food, and exceptional cleanliness. A special thanks to Ankitha ,Upashna and Ananth from the front office for their outstanding service. I should say it was our bad luck. Bcoz, During our stay there was a wedding event in this venue and the staff had no clue how to manage the crowd and give privacy to in-house guest. Secondly, the wedding guests jumped into the pool without any swimming costume and dirtied the entire pool. During our stay of 4 days, we waited waited only to get dissapointed to see a dirty pool throughout. Even after complaining to the reception officials, they did not take any action and ignored my request. You should visit this place only if you have no other choices in and around. Breakfast spread was the only positive thing here. Rest seemed very average. Car parking slot is tuff to find during a busy day.

The hotel is falling apart. I got a nice standard room. Everything good there except the bath room. It was unclean. The shower was leaking, there were patches of green mold in multiple places. The key card entry to my room didnt work and they gave me a manual key to access. But the rest of the property is quite beautiful. A beautiful rooftop pool with a great view. A convenience store that let's you buy soft and hard drinks. Great food at the restaurant.
