Hotel JM Residency

Rooms are very clean, but there is no room service, meanwhile there is a good restayrant downstairs itself which serves very yumm food

This is a pathetic choice I have ever done by looking just at the interiors & not going by previous reviews. Ac's do not work Geaser do not work Fan doesn't work Staff not helpful to change the room while there nothing working . Inspite of even upgrading a room the same issues are applied to all . There is no difference between AC / Non Ac Requesting you to take a non Ac room if you are really planning to stay here . Also the geaser takes ages to heat & the water pressure is like wow Hope the management takes up these points and works on this to make it a better stay . One more thing the restrooms and its windows aren't safe for either rooms on the opposite side with a clear view of each other . Spiders in room . I guess this should be sufficient.

From the pics and the cost assumed this to be one of the cleanest hotel, but unfortunately our experience was bad. We had booked 5 rooms out of which the bathroom in couple of rooms were not cleaned, one case see the piss all over the seating area. When requested to assist with the cleaning, we were informed that there are no cleaning staffs available. The bed spread on all the beds appears to be re-used, room were full of dust. Bathrooms were not all that great either. Dirty buckets and jugs. We were scared to bathe using the bucket, hence had rely on shower alone. Overall not a good experience.

Me and my husband were not given a room as I didn't have a hard copy of my id proof. They wanted both of us to give hard copies of our id proofs despite one of us physically providing a hard copy and me showing him a soft copy of my id proof. This took place at 12:30 in mid night. Very disappointed with the behavior of the employee manoj kumar. He purposely delayed the process of alloting a room to my husband who had an id proof ; as I planned on staying back in my hostel; and when asked to hurry he started arguing with us and was very offensive. I'd recommend the owner to get better employees.

Comfortable , clean and luxurious rooms. Might be expensive for some but given that it is ONLY hotel worth staying in Mandya, so definitely a good deal for the price. And CCD adjacent to the hotel is another advantage for hygenic food and stuff.

If you drive fast, you may miss the hotel. The sign board may be bigger. "J M Residency" is in smaller italic fonts. Before you check in , get the room and bath room verified.

Stayed here for a night on way to Lord Bahubali darshan. Rooms are newly built and well maintained. ||Asked for pillows and blanket and it was given quickly. ||Will stay here again for sure. |Jai Jinendra.

Professional staff, Good Management, Helpful Receptionist, and House keeping. ||Excellent atmosphere everywhere,One of the finest hotel.Very good service and great ambience.||Well maintained hotel premises checks everything on my list for a comfortable stay.||THANK YOU!!!
