The food was delicious and well-presented. There was a good variety of dishes to choose from, catering to both local and international tastes. We had a lovely stay at Ferm, Belgaum! The rooms are nice and cozy--perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special mention to Chaitrali, who was our host--she made sure we were comfortable throughout. The service was excellent and very prompt. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Belgaum!

I had a wonderful stay at Fern Belgavi, and I can't recommend it enough! The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. My room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of snacks available, and the breakfast spread was simply delightful--there was something for everyone! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. I'm definitely looking forward to visiting again in the future!

We came with high expectations.. I'll keep the review short - quality of food - tasteless / some items were salty - Service: - We waited for min 30mins even after pre booking and pre ordering. - Less staff worst managed - Worst experience as we had come for special occasion but it ended in disappointment.

Rooms were clean and hygienic, but in room dining service need a lot of improvement. There's often no response to calls made. Call remain unanswered and unattended. Clearance takes a lot of time. Delivery of packed breakfast, if one has opted for CP plan and there's an early morning flight, forget your breakfast. It won't be ready till your departure time. Internet connectivity is patchy. Best to rely on mobile host spot, where possible. Lastly, there's a strange aspect related to this hotel. You cannot charge expenses to your room. Each and every small expense, be it in room dining or at the restaurant needs to be settled separately and cannot wait for till checkout. Feels like the guest is a cheat and may abscond without settling the dues
