Great hotel for business and family stay. The hotel is located in a prime location and has a modern look. The room is spacious and has all amenities. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The washroom had latest fittings and was spotless. Only drawback was that they don't have a dine-in restaurant. Overall a good stay for the budget.

We stayed here for 1 night on our transit stay way to Gokarna from Mumbai. We checked in late night by 2 am. But check in was smooth. All amenities were there. Definately recommand this hotel to stay in Belgam. Breakfast is also available here.

Very well maintained clean rooms ... But very small rooms..you can't even walk around the room properly... But a bit too pricy .

The Urban Hive is situated close to the highway and in a busy market area. It is a small hotel with 20 rooms over 2 floors. The rooms are quite modern and good.|The hotel does not have a restaurant but has a kitchen. We ordered for dinner in our room and the food was tasty. |We also did some shopping at a nearby market in Kacheri Galli. |This place was a good choice for our night halt
