its located in good area of belgum city. safe and has limited parking to four wheelers. room for single ok but bathrooms are not ok to use comfortably. rates pn make my trip will be lower. safe place. no food available after 11 p.m. vegetarian restaurant is available on ground floor. no access to wheelchair. located on 2nd floor.

One of the worst hotel .. Arrogent staff n dirty rooms . don't how it got 3 star

Looters are seating there my brother booked room and paid online payment after going there they are saying rooms are full and canceld the booking frauds people don't book in this property

I will booked room in hotel Pooja Recidency belgaum for my holiday vacation from make my trip platform. I was bookee deluxe room . But when I go to hotel then I see the room that I was booked doesn't exist in hotel. Hotel management uploaded fake photos on make my trip platform. I report this problem with hotel management immediately and ask to return my money but they says the amount was non refundable . I also reported this issue with make my trip customer service 2-3 times but they can't respond me. Hotel Pooja Recidency and make my trip both doing scam with customers. I will complenting this problem because I loss my money. Kindly Request to take some action against hotel Pooja Recidency belgaum and make my trip .

This Hotel Doesn't Even Deserve 1 star, Uncleaned And Very Small Room. Washroom Is Also Dirty. Doesn't Have An Single Person For Room Service. I Have to take shower by cold water. And The Reception Person Told Me to take a hot water bucket from another Room. Never Recommended.

We booked this hotel.All the services are pathetic.No water in the bathroom,no electricity.Every time you have to go downside and tell about the issue.The staff is not cooperative.Landline also not working.If they can't provide proper services atleast they tell customer.People don't book this hotel.

Third class hotel with no room service and housekeeping. The worst ever stay in my life. The room and toilet were stinking. The room is so small that nobody can move easily. The TV doesn't work except for a single channel. Beds are small. Other than the location and the selection of restaurants nearby, this hotel is the worst where I have stayed.
