Mayur Belgaum Presidency Hotel & Spa

I stayed in the BPC for 2 days with one of my colleague, it was great to stay there, room was clean, cozy and comfortable rooms with a great city view, near to railway station as well as near to shopping malls and market also. Variety of shops of food nearby. You can exit from the city after stay without having to navigate through the city traffic. That's a BIG plus ! Excellent service special, thanks to Mr. Arbaz.

It's good place to stay , swimming pool , gym Event ground . Ultimately good stay. Only one negative point 1. Parking area has biometric lock which customer doesn't has the access . They can access to the room card itself. 2. Lot of fiber dust in room . All the time .

Very comfortable stay, kind staff and prompt service! The reservation process is also smooth and rooms are well priced. Rooms were clean and food was very yummy. Easily accessible by any mode of transport. Will recommend for stay in Belgaum!

We made an overnight stop. It was a great stay. The location is perfect for those like us who was to carry on along the highway. The staff (including the staff on the groud cleaning up have a smile as you pass by) every one is very well trained and courteous. Mr. Bhushan and Aftab from the restaurant ensured we got our yummy breakfast takeaway bag at 6am sharp. Yes, all was kept ready for us to hit the road that early. The food is spot on and so is the ambiance - rooms, restaurant, pool, lawn... Housekeeping was excellent with special mention going out to Sufiyan and team who organised an extra bed in a jiffy. At the reception, the efficiency, Safiya, Babasab, Sagar and Arbaz made everything so seamless. Deep gratitude to the team. Keep the quality going. Highly recommend.

The property location, area as well as spaciousness is very good. But the maintenance is lacking. Knowing this property is fairly new, I noticed, cracks on walls, Aircon non functional. During checking I found Reception area in dark. Atleast have some lights on. This is the first impression. Though there was a security guard at the entrance, There was no one for handling luggage. Lots needs to be done in maintenance.

We had a small reception on the lawns of this beautiful property. The catering arrangements were spot on and the food was exceptional. All the staff were very professional and we did not have anything to worry about. The rooms are also good and adequate parking facility is available. A special thanks to Shefali for her assistance and valuable time. Thank you Abrar and the rest for making it a evening to remember forever. Cheers!

Food was acceptable. Rooms were as well. Well maintained spaces The airconditioning in the room we were in was functioning very poorly. The staff could not fix it nor were they willing to move us to another room. We spent a very uncomfortable night there. Not sure we will return.
