Booked through organization, hence my review based on that criteria. Rooms are clean with adequate necessity provided if needed will be provided by room service just a little issue with ac and electricity as it's issue of belgavi Do check the blanket and bedsheet for any marks. Rest everything was ok. For breakfast there are fix menu ,u can waiter for anything if needed,they will guide. Not got chance to taste the restaurant for dinner or lunch.

In past, I had stayed in couple of other Hotels including a boutique hotel and this is the first time I stayed in Landmark by Pai and I must say... By all means this is Best. 1. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and very well maintained. Room and bathroom were "Very Clean". 2. Food is awesome and served as per Customer needs. Chief came and asked our requirements and prepared the food accordingly. 3. Hotel staff is always ready to address the customer needs in timely manner with proper attention. 4. Restaurant staff is too good and very few places you will get such a nice service and Customer first approach. Especially Sandip who served us most during our stay provided us the best service. 5. Morning Breakfast spread was good and also very tasty. Without a second thought, I will stay here again whenever we visit next.

We had an excellent experience with Landmark. Ours was a marriage party and we along with our relatives, had stayed for 4 days. The staff was very professional, prompt and cooperative. The food also was really great! I would love to heavily recommend Landmark if you are looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay

They won't allow you to order swiggy and zomoto , They want customers to order from their restaurant When I booked it was twenty four hours check-in , while checking in they asked me to pay early check in charges , they are trying to make money in all the way from customers. I don't recommend this hotel.

Rooms were really good and hygiene as well also I liked the part is shower room and washroom were good. Need to have improvement on food quality and taste when i was there dinner was not great naan was elastic and no taste in biriyani and sabji.
