Flexible food options and kitchen access to cook our own meal as well. Good locality with convinient connectivity. Host was amicable and always ready to assist us. If you're looking for a home-away-from-home experience, this is the place to be!

Absolutely loved our stay at this homestay! The place was spotlessly clean and gave off a very welcoming vibe. We were there just for a day, but everything--from the stay to the arrangements--was perfect. The location is a big plus! Being in the city made it super easy to order food and stay connected without any network issues. The host was also very flexible with gate timings, which was really helpful. A big shoutout to Sanket, who took care of everything for us--very polite, responsive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. We hosted a bachelor's party for our friend here, and it was a blast! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a chill and clean homestay with great hospitality.

The host family is great! Specially uncle and aunty. Place is cleanest. Location is perfect. Ample space for parking, gated and safe. A beautiful garden inside the gate. Only problem was the wifi and tv wasn't recharged the last time I visited. Makes it difficult for people like me who work from home. I hope they pay attention to this detail.

A very Comfortable, calm and well equipped property managed by a humble elderly couple. The area is very nice. We stayed for a night. They've got a good parking space. The food offered was yummy! There is also facilities if you'd like to make tea or prepare food.

NOT GOOD. The owner ruined the purpose of booking this stay. PLEASE do think many times before staying here because you won't know what situation you might get in during the stay and the owner is NOT at all understanding or helpful for any urgent situations. He does not consider customers as guests and looks down upon people depending on their jobs ( mentioning this because during the stay when he started shouting at the ladies , our car driver tried to speak to the owner and the owner said - who the hell is this driver to speak to me ). I had booked this stay looking at the reviews , unfortunately I just ignored the bad reviews. I had booked this stay on behalf of my would be husband for the wedding purpose and considering the winter session when the hotels might cancel our booked room. We reached the stay late night due to wedding functions and we did not inform the owner about us getting late.(since it's a homestay and we assumed main gate to be open all the time during the stay. Also there was no rule book mentioning that we are supposed to inform him about the timings). Owner had LOCKED the main gate and he got angry on calling him.This owner did not understand the situation and started shouting very badly on two ladies and the kids as well (kids really got scared). Nobody could take rest that night ( including the bride and the groom). We had wedding functions started at 4am following morning and this owner ruined everyone's mood. During all this he said that watchman dint know about the guest and he locked the gate. Instead of accepting his mistake he continued arguing and shouting. I had paid the advance and had to pay the rest after the stay. After all this the owner told me to pay rest of the money at that instance else he will kick out the guests from the homestay and he doesn't care about the guests at all. Note: Rooms were good. But there was no peace of mind during the stay.

We stayed here for two nights with my family. Rooms are well maintained, homely atmosphere. I stayed with my 3 yr old daughter and truly it's homely feeling with fully functional kitchen. The owner is a true gentleman and ready to help always at anytime.

Do not stay here! I repeat,DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I booked this place for the purpose of my wedding and the place was really nice and well managed(Just the owner/ management needs to have some common sense) We were not told of any rules regarding anything while checking in and there were no handbook of rules in the premises either.We were out late one day and when trying to enter back to the homestay after a very tiresome wedding day, the gate was closed. This was at around midnight.We were not expecting this as we were not informed of such gate closures, and the owner didnt mention the same when we asked them about it. I wasnt there when this happen and it was my Mom,Sister in law and 2 kids. They were stranded outside(street filled with dogs) for about 15 minutes and when the owner finally opened the door, he shouted and became partially aggressive towards them.Do remember these are just 2 women and kids. The whole mood of wedding was ruined by this idiot.Later on when the owner was confronted, he said and i quote "MY HOUSE, MY RULES". He did not see anything wrong shouting and screaming at 2 women and children at mid night and didn't seem to card about it either. Dont stay here unless u want to be the next victim of MY HOUSE, MY RULES !
