Hotel Satkar

we have book hotel for 3 person (family) actually we required on 22nd march 2025|they told us to pay Rs.2000/- ( actual cost was 1600/-) they sent us Qr Code and we pay rs.2000/- on 16th march 2025. they book 3bed room for us vide receipt no 1019 dated 17.03.2025.|we went from goa to Belgao on 22nd march 2025 and ask them to give rooom but they said the room is not ready given to some one else . meanwhile they shifted us to 2bed room without ac and they told that we will shift you in your 3 bed ac room temporarily relax in this room . we stayed . bot nothing happen they had not given us our room |actually every year we to the same hotel but this tome horrible experiance .

We had been to have North Indian food there, what we observed was the staff was not at all polite in their service. They behaved very rudely. When asked for veg Manchurian staff does have knowledge abt it and he was telling we serve only veg. When complained to manager abt the service he behaved as if nothing happened . Pls don't visit this hotel. Very bad service and staff very rude.

We had a really bad experience at this hotel as they do not provide hot water in the evening. And someone of their staff or we don't know who exactly scratched our full Cara d the owner straight away refuse to accept that it happened at his hotel. And we saw another Goa registered car with similar scratches. As soon we highlighted the problem the owner or whoever was extremely rude. In reply:To show me the security footage to prove your point... first answer my question if you even have a camera in your parking lot???

1st of all the staff is very arrogant in nature. We went Belgaum for work and because of winter session of karnataka all rooms were booked. So we found room in Sarkar hotel. But the lack of parking service is there, still instead of assisting us they are using abusing language as we parked car in their area. Being as a reputed photographer it's very disrespectful for us. I suggest to don't go there if there is no hospitality. May be owner of hotel don't know the things but staff is so arrogant.

Very bad experience at the restaurant. The food was tasty but suffered from vomiting after having it.

One of the worst dining restaurants in belgaum...... food is of absolutely worst quality..........especially paneer related items.... Had bad experience

The rooms are good and hygienic. Staff members are polite and helpful. The hotel location is really as it is located in the main Belgaum market.
