Hotel Sanman Deluxe

A decent good hotel at the center of city, clean and spacious rooms, offer 24 hours checkin and provide better services. Most other hotels in Belgaum the check out timing is 11am. Food is tasty and quality is also good. Overall it's a budgetary when compared to any equivalent hotels nearby. Recommended for family's and for business trip.

Great rooms.. spacious and clean. High standards of hygiene. Affordable prices for the size of room..all facilities are there in the room. Staff are courteous. Morning breakfast is complementary. Good parking space.. near to market. 24 hours check in checkout.

The restaurant is awful, the person in the restaurant made me sit & didn't even take my order inspite of me sitting infront of them for 15 minutes, completely ignorant staff. I would not recommend you to visit this place for food at all, extremely disappointed

After renovation rooms have all modern feel. Very clean. Courteous staff. Best place for tasty vegetarian food in belgaum. Affordable.

One day I had an opportunity to eat both my lunch and also dinner in this restaurant.This was under the South Indian thali system . The food served for lunch was ok , not bad . But the same vegetables (two) prepared for lunch was served to me for dinner also. And it was not fresh. When I asked the waiter, I was shocked to know that it always happens in this restaurant everyday . He said not only vegetables but every dish including rice and curry prepared for lunch is served for dinner just by keeping it in the oven or heating up the dish on the stove..... OMG !!!!! .... I did not believe it but it was a fact. When I called the manager and told him the story , he said ...." if you did not like our dishes go to other restaurants. " " We are , as we are ..." He was sufficiently rough, rude and arrogant too. I said to myself - these people initially came to belgaum from other places ( Udupi or uttar kannad districts) to fill their belly but now it seems their belly is full so behaving inhumanly..." I Came out with an empty stomach keeping all my food in the plate un-eaten.......... In the end ,I suggest you one thing . You first remove your rude , rough and arrogant manager from your Hotel. Then You see your customers' feedback. Your business also will improve.

Nice, neat and functional place. Food is veg, healthy and average. Good for a small stay or for business travellers who want a clean place at a reasonable price. The owners ensure every guest is attended too. So nice of them to do this over so many years and maintain high standards at competitive prices.

One of the reception staff members was unprofessional and rude, lacking basic courtesy when interacting with guests. Sadly, the lack of hospitality wasn't limited to the reception. The restaurant staff also seemed uninterested in providing quality service. While the hotel's facilities may be adequate, the staff's attitude and behavior fell short of expectations. As a result, I would not recommend Hotel Sanaman Deluxe to fellow travelers. Suggestions for Improvement: 1. Train reception staff to be courteous and professional. 2. Enhance hospitality across all departments, including the restaurant. 3. Focus on providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Until these issues are addressed, I would advise others to explore alternative options in Belagavi.
