Hotel Sankam Residency

My recent stay at Sankam was an absolute delight. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. the friendly staff were always ready to offer recommendations and assistance. The highlight of my stay was the delicious dining options and the warm hospitality of the staff. It was one night hold.

I recently stayed at Sankam Residency in Belagavi, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The service was truly top-notch, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mr. Vinay for his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. I genuinely appreciate the warm and professional service provided by the entire team. Highly recommended!

Room booking, check-in and check out were hassle free. Staff at front desk were cooperative and friendly. Breakfast spread was excellent. However tea was not good. Upon checking with staff, learnt that they used unbranded loosely available tea powder. Breakfast being served next to the lawn, spotted few flies on the food items. Rooms are just okay. Lighting in the bathroom is inadequate for shaving. Bathroom flooring is slippery. Wallpaper has curled up at many places. There was no lift available during our stay during last week of February 2025.

Cockroaches in the room & bathroom. AC not working. They take their own time in attending the issues. Hot water not given. Shower not working properly. Noisy room bcz of exhaust fan. We have to demand for all items (like toiletries, water, tea/coffee powder etc.).

Had a pleasant stay here and it's now my go to hotel whenever I travel between Mumbai and Belgaum. Must try food from their restaurant, it's amazing!

A perfect location, if you are planning for a halt at Belgaum nearby Banglore highway. However, the staff was too impolite and unwelcoming. I ordered some food from Swiggy in my room, asked the reception manager to send plates and spoons to my room, he refused to send and said, "aisa thodi chalega aap khana humse nahi loge aur plates humare use karoge". I mentioned, its part of your service, I have paid for the room and room service is included in the cost. Again he said, you have paid for the room, you will get complementary breakfast but it's not for the cutlery. Pathetic experience this was. This is not how hospitality business work. At pool too they don't keep towels, you need to carry yourself from the room and the pool water too was not so clean. There were many dead insects in the pool. After all of the above, to my surprise a big cockroach came out of the AC in the room. Management should closely look into it.

Stayed here for a night on our way to Karwar. Very good hotel with very good restaurant. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Very close to the lake where we went for morning walk. Buffet breakfast has lot of variety and good. Couple of petrol pumps right next to hotel helped in quick refill and onward journey

Food.... Yummm... Hospitality.. Good.. What more u need... There breakfast spread and quality is next level.. Rooms are spacious good property overall
