Hotel Samudra

Had a pleasant stay at Zip by Spree Hotel Samudra in Belagavi. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. Staff was courteous and check-in was smooth. The location is central, making it easy to get around the city. The in-house restaurant served tasty food, especially the breakfast. Overall, a good option for a short stay, would definitely consider returning.

Hotel is clean and neat overall it's good to stay even with family can also comfortable to stay. Staffs are polite and helpful. Room tariff is also affordable when we compare to other same category hotels. I am coming to this hotel since 5 years overall experience is great.

This hotel has the worst service. We had booked 5 rooms. The AC was not working in 2 rooms. They gave alternate room for one room but when we asked for another room they denied and told us do whatever you want, complain to agoda if you want but we are not providing another room. There was no fan in the room, upon multiple request they provided a table fan. We were supposed to travel next day and because of this our sleep was affected and travel was also delayed. I had never seen such a rude behavior from hotel service. I would never recommend this hotel. Even the rooms shown in the photos are fake. They are no where near what it looks like in the photo. Never book this hotel looking at the photos.

Decent and good hotel, family friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable price for a family to accommodate. Could have been better if the quality is maintained as we can see some damages. They missed to provide the basics like water and toiletry required.

Good rooms but service not up to the mark. Neat and tidy rooms with clean bed and bedsheets. Small toilet seats make one feel cramped. Choked sink and broken shampoo dispenser. TV doesn't work and wi-fi gets reset after every disconnection. Good amenities even for a standard room. Courteous reception and security. Located at market means less options for good food in the vicinity. Food prices are too high for the location. However reasonable room rent for the amenities.

I happened to travel to Belagavi on short business trip and decided to book this hotel since it was very convient to visit my client in the city as well heard positive feedback about this hotel. ||Got good deal offline (Directly through front desk) and they handelled well my reservation and collected GST details well in advance for the invoicing purpose. I must appreciate this process and most of the business traveller expect this. ||Upon arrival welcoming was great and check in process was very smooth. They called me after reaching my room to ensure everything is fine. ||Room was really spacious and well maintained, clean bathroom, fresh linens, TV and all needed amenities. ||Food was really delicious and tried some local delicacy too. Amazing staffs and management team. ||Surely will come back, this is good stopover for people who are traveling between Bangalore and Mumbai. This city and hotel has everything.

Rooms are compact with a decent washroom. Housekeeping staffs are not efficient, so you may have to ask for toiletries to towels also 2 tiny complimentary mineral water bottles etc after your check in. Although there is an electric kettle in all rooms but they forget to keep eotherthe tea sachets or sugar sachets or the milk. Seems housekeeping staffs are not properly trained. Spacious n stylish reception area with efficient front office staff. Buffet breakfast is with limited options also during our 30 mins breakfast session, one attendent was there and he was having no clue about the refilling.
