HOTEL NORTH FACE

Worst service , 1st of all not at all clean and they turn of water and say water will come tomorrow. Full night no water Reception person say no option at all its 2hour left and say no water they cant do anything.

It's located at Bauxite Road Azam Nagar. It's a small hotel . No arrangements for tea or foods. For breakfast and meals you have to go out. Bar services available up to 11 pm. Rent is around Rs. 1500- 1700 depending on rooms. The place is cleaned Services are okay.

Very bad service, rooms/washroom untidy, stained towels, broken sanitary ware and also too expensive. My worst experience in this lodge. Please look for another lodge.

Rooftop hotel is the worst one in the area and no proper service at all. If they delay food delivery beyond time they just behave rudely with you| The new owner Inamdar acts like business tycoon and doesn't care fr customers complaints. Below average place.

Before reception was excellent.. and it was best for couples to stay ... But now reception is worst... There is one tarky Buddha who always steyrs the couples and didn't responds correctly... Full of attitude

Very worst service the receptionist is very rude, we had asked for water they dint provide us water to drink,even we had asked for bed sheet spoon and plate they denied to give and the receptionist was nicely playing game he send us to the 4th floor to collect the spoon and plate

The lodging here in the hotel is very decent. Families can safely stay here, but not go and roam in the neighbourhood outside the hotel location. The food made at their restaurant is not up to mark nor very hygienic. The dishes we ordered had a plastic piece in it. The food was very salty and when we told the hotel authority, they had no reply. This place is like a big bar in small village, and not at all for families.

Very Good Hospitality by Mahesh and the rest of the staff. The rooms were clean and bedsheets towels well kept. Staff were kind and obliging and they assisted with requests made in a timely manner Thank you and I will visit again.
