HOTEL EEFA

From the moment we arrived, the Hotel Eefa aeexceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, anticipating our every need. The rooms were impeccably clean, stylish, and spacious, offering breathtaking views. The dining experience was also exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious and high-quality food. Overall, our stay at the Hotel Eefa was nothing short of spectacular, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly luxurious and memorable experience

We had a splendid experience. We booked " Jade" for our parents anniversary and it was a great event. Thanks especially to Mr. Anand jee, he helped and coordinate with us in a very pleasant manner. Food was very good. Every one of our guests appreciated it. Even the person who managed the decoration part did a fantastic job. The cake too was very good. Thanks again to Mr Anand for suggestions which helped us to make the event memorable for us.

We had a birthday celebration here. The food quality was exceedingly well. All our guests were talking about food quality and taste. Service was prompt and room given was also clean. Managers Ms. Kavita and Mr. Sameer were of great support. Food supplies were made available promptly even our guest number exceeded pleasantly. Menial staff was very good and promt enough to match our expetations. Event went really well. However, one point to share that could have been made us feel exceedingly delighted. Our event crossed the bill of Rs.60K but a room to freshen-up to our guests (just for 2 to 3 hrs) was not provided complementary. They charged us for that. Nevertheless, the overall experience was great.

We had booked the apartment room. It was a great room and the restaurant was also decent... The service needs a rehaul... The porters don't come to pick up your bags while entering. They rush when you are leaving for the tips . The front desk people look jaded. There is one saving grace though. Ask for Bhagyashree. She will solve your problems. The 4 star for the service is just for her. Rest all need training in hospitality.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. Upon checking in, I noticed that the rooms were not cleaned properly. There were visible stains on the bathroom floor, which was very off-putting. The staff, unfortunately, did not provide the level of courtesy expected either. They seemed uninterested in addressing concerns and were not as professional as they should have been. Additionally, the refurbishments felt rushed and unprofessional, which gave the entire hotel a lackluster feel. I expected much more for the price I paid and won't be returning

A decent business hotel, located in the centre of the city with all access. Rooms are decent with all necessary amenities. Friendly staff and restaurant service.

I had a great stay at Hotel Eefa Belgaum in December 2024. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to major spots in the city. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything was always in top condition. I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The parking facility was secure, providing peace of mind during my visit. I also appreciated the convenience of having both cold and hot water available 24/7. Overall, I'd rate my experience 9/10. The only downside was the in-house restaurant's pricing, which I felt was a bit steep. For instance, a simple cup of tea was priced at Rs. 90, which seemed excessive given the other aspects of the stay. However, this didn't significantly affect my overall satisfaction. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Belgaum! ---

Room was the biggest I have seen. Just the area where the bed etc were, was 35 sqmts. Doesn't include passage and toilet. But they need to maintain it better. Maybe a makeover so that it looks like a new property, again.
