Worst hotel in the whole of India. Dirty bathroom, bathroom fittings.impolite staff, Bad odour from surrounding meat consuming eateries and small stalls. Not fit to stay even for half a day.

It's waste of money charging 800 for single room that to Indian toilet if you want western toilet then need to wait.. Almost all the lodges have western toilet but this lodge still has Indian toilet. Even vrl bus provide better blanket then this lodge.. The receptionist is very rude he doesn't know how to behave as he is from old stone age.. Then the single room looks like more than a store room.

Based on the hotel experience I would give 5star for the rates because ac room for two persons cost only 999 and for 5members it cost only 1600. But one thing is bathroom is too small and even hot water facility is timing only it will not suite all. Service is good. It is good for travellers and even for families also. Near to bus stand walkable distance. Atm is in the ground floor and car parking is there.

As per price the rooms are clean and decent. Restaurant doesn't offer wide variety of food but is okay. Service was also good and quick. Overall don't hold high expectations it's worth the money.

This is a basic hotel. Stayed here for a night to break my journey. The location of hotel is pretty good for the city. It is opposite main bus stand of Belgaum.||||Parking:||Good thing about the hotel is basement parking. Even though the parking has randomly parked bike and lots of stuff lying around, its secured. Cars get parking in front of the main door and guard is around.||||Facilities:||Hotel has CCTV in most areas||ATMS is in the building||lots of eateries and general shops in the vicinity||room service for food.||||Food:||Tested south indian breakfast and it was good.||||Dislikes:||The bed was full of bedbugs. Reception staff was surprised to hear about it||The hotel does not provide hot water throughout the day. It has central boiler and no individual boiler inside room. This can be letdown if you check in after noon hoping to have a hot bath to refresh yourself.||Hot water was dark in color, reception staff calmly informed that its due to recent maintenance on boiler.||Overall room was cleaned however underside of bed and few corners were dusty||TV Remote was not working, they did not have any replacement||No tissues in the bathroom

Good and budget hotel Start fare with 650 for single occupancy non AC with box TV cable of all channel. Hot water for bathing is available with left side. For double bed 799 same features lift is available and located back side of busstand.

Good for kannadigas because of hotel owner is kannadiga, and if look at room not so great and good but it's ok type feelings, 600 rupees for single, hot water timing 6 am to 10 am they provide but only in timing they provide hot water at 7 o clock, and the desk phone is dead
