NO need to think NO single word to tell bad review All good, Room cleaning service also very good. I'm happy because no need to tell any thing for staff without inform they will do there work . 1.water facility 2.lift facility 3.insects mat heater 4.balcony 5.mirrors 6.TV 7.AC 8. 0 bulb for night etc...

The front desk staff of the night shift was rude. Instead of getting an altercation we preferred to shift to another hotel as we were with family. However, the next day spoke to the owner & he was apologetic for his staff behaviour (but it has no relevance as we had a very bad experience and we had to shift to another place). Better speak to the owner prior to booking.

One of the most worst staff members and worst behaviour with dirty room which cannot be used and they don't even have the responsibility of anything and when I talk abt the safety of girls ,they don't even know how to behave with girls or talk to girls they don't even know how to be respectful with coustomer as you can see the other reviews you guys will get to know think before choosing cheap hotel and wasting your own money on worst service hotel .... As long as it's my rights to inform ppl abt the hotel while writing this review......! Be aware before choosing this type of hotel ...

The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, providing a relaxing and restful experience

54 years of hotel, Still it has decent and clean rooms, 24 hours of Hot Water, Room Service free of cost, Reasonable Price even in Cafeteria and Gul Mohar. Just loved it. I suggest all the guests to visit here and stay here. Most importantly very safe stay for ladies guests because always one or the other owner of this hotel will be available here at anytime.

Located at Shivaji Road (one of the city's most famous road) this is a 50+ years old Hotel. The rooms are moderate with some rooms having new Ac's. The bathrooms need improvement. The restaurant and cafeteria are pretty decent. Hotel needs to undergo renovation as it looks pretty old.

In the middle of Market with full traffic jam during peak hours. The old guy who is the owner was rude for simple questions and service.
