Visited Belgavi to attend a family function. Booked into D'manor. This is a beautiful homestay. The staff at the counter were very helpful . They allotted the room on the first floor. There was adequate parking for vehicles. Housekeeping staff did their work very well.

One of the most affordable stay option available near Chennama Nagar in Belgavi. More important is staff and management is very polite and helpful. I booked one room for my father. He reached early at hotel. Check-in was at 12 PM. But one of the earlier customer vacated the room early. Considering my father's age management allotted one room and made his stay comfortable. I will recommend this stay option in case anyone is searching good , reasonable stay near Chennamma Nagar.

Rooms were really cozy & luxurious. Toilet & room were well maintained, neat & tidy. Breakfast was good. Located in a peaceful environment but a little far away from major restaurants, etc. No issues if u walk 1 km then everything is available. Staff was really cordial, courteous & helpful. If u have some work in the industrial area of Belagavi, this a good place for stay. A suggestion is that try to reduce the room rent by 500rs or so, considering its far away location from main city. Also put mosquito nets in windows.

Loved our stay here. One of the best service apartments I ever stayed. Rooms are excellent. Staff is polite and prompt. The location is slightly away from the highway. The only challenge we faced was warm water wasnt coming through the taps but staff provided alternate solution. I will still rate it as 5 star despite minor hassle.

I have recently again stayed in the hotel after two years. It has kept all the good standards up to the mark. Great ambiance, very clean and efficient room service. The location is also perfect for weekend Belgaum visitors. I prefer this over all other stays in Belgaum.

Pros: - Very calm & good location, feels outside city. - Friendly staff - 24/7 hot water and clean room - Car parking Cons: - Drinking water! there is no easy way to get drinking water refills, hotel pushes to sell its packaged water bottles during your stay. - Free wifi is available only if you press and demand it. Even then you get a slow internet. Not very much recommended if it is a business visit. - Defiantly Overpriced room tariffs. - Rooms are not spacious, they are medium. ************* Update *************** I usually don't post updates to my review comments, but I felt very positive when the owner of this property took time, considered the review and replied in detail & assured the improvements. Thought of giving it a second try. Here I am sitting in the hotel room and here are my observations: - This time I took a room with balcony and room seemed spacious. so not all rooms are medium, but there are few comfortable ones. - Unlimited water supply is in the pantry. Noted! - Internet... again very a disappointing experience, despite my repeated requests, reception showed zero interest to check back with me whether it is working or not. I had to keep calling them and they keep ignoring it. (They switch ON the Wifi but not the modem, I don't know why), I am now posting this review comment enabling my mobile phone internet. My request to the property owner is that you don't have to "Manufacture" the internet (or any service for that matter) to offer it to your guests flawlessly, all you need to keep calling Airtel support until they fix the problem & offer you the service promised to the price that you are paying. I can only hope business owners in the hospitality industry understand soon enough that the internet these days is one of the most essential services like water & air. Shifting the blame to internet service provider and just leaving it there, is not an act of correction or improving the service.

This hotel was clean, well maintained. There was some bad odour from the drain on the street; so it is advisable to keep the windows closed and demand the air conditioning remote from the reception (they don't keep in the room!). They serve complimentary buffet breakfast 7.30AM to 9.30AM. Pav-bhaji, chocos, oats, bread, milk, coffee and tea. The breakfast is nothing great, but something to survive. There's a south Indian eatery (Mandarthi) just a few feet away. They didn't keep toiletries other than a tiny soap; no shampoo sachet too.

Very well maintained. Neat & clean rooms. Only Breakfast is served here. Breakfast is awesome. Best to stay here in case attending any Function like marriage, naming ceremony etc. in nearby Lawns like Foundry cluster.. The Toilet is also very clean & Hot water available 24 hrs.
