Bakwaas home stay.. Smells bad although it's give 2 washroom s.there is only one that too indian.. If you book it online the owner is rude and doesnt pay you back even if you cancel. Don't book before you watch the property.

The review is not about the property. We booked through Agoda & it got confirmed but when I call Mr. Vikrant he is not ready accept it as he is not happy with the pricing that Agoda provides. In the end, the customer has to go through the pain of adjusting. So, please double check with the owner when you are booking through online sites.

We had stayed here almost a year back. It was honestly a decent stay. Yes the ACs dont work, there is no one to help you with any guidance, the WiFi doesnt work but still it was ok for the amount he charges. This year again, We thought on the way to another place, We will stay here. Messaged the concerned person. Absolutely no response. Those in business who dont respond to unknown numbers are certainly not trust worthy. If you dont recieve the calls or respond to the messages, it means you have something to hide. I also see someones review saying he has to return them the amount and is not answering the call. That answered me my question of why was the person not answering. Pay a little more but stay with who is trust worthy.

Very bad service by Mr. Vikrant Puri. Firstly, he is not good to talk to. Lacks humility. Does not accept that there many faults in his accommodation. There are 3 bathrooms of which one is very dirty and does not have even taps. Of the other two, one had broken knob for water. When we asked him, he was giving a 'jugadu' suggestion rather than bothering to fix it with a new one. During summers, no ac or even a cooler. In fact 1 cooler was in 1 bedroom, but as soon as I switched it on, the mains tripped. Fans were also not working properly. So eventually we did not even use the accommodation and asked for a refund of our advance payment of 3k. But he kept delaying on the pretext of shortage of funds. Now he is not even answering calls. He is a crook with no conscience.

Such an untidy and disgusting place to stay.. phots are misguiding.. they are not the real photos of the house....First of all there is a drainage next to the house which makes us shut all the windows... No ventilation...No parking space... Kitchen and bathrooms are disgusting ,unfit for usage... What's the use of opting for a so called service apartment.. Those plastic taps breaks as soon as you touch... Haven't cleaned the bathroom and toilets for years...The owner is least responsible to attend our concerns... Fans wont work.. Too many mosquitoes... Spent sleepless nights... U get a decent hotel for lesser price... Also its like nobody has used the house for a long time... Doubt if its a haunted one... Horrible experience altogether...

Rooms are nice and the owner is very co-operative and No delay to get keys. Rooms were clean , neat, and the kitchen was very helpful with necessary accessories

Host is pathetic...booked by agoda and got the confirmation thru email...and all the details...but at the time of check in host said he cancelled the stay just because we didnot give him a call a day ago...very rude on call ...people if u want to book and end up sleeping in car then go ahead n book...so irresponsible and rude and unprofessional host.

Best place and reasonable price . Lot of amenities, very neat n clean. Big n spacious 1 bhk flat which is enough for 4 people at just Rs1500.
