MALLIKA SAPPHIRE

We stayed in Mallika Sapphire for 2 days. I used to travel all of India, and trust me this One of the best hotels I ever stayed. Don't mind negative reviews, call them & book directly or book through booking.com. Booking.com was fine for us, we didn't face any trouble. Now about the hotel, Clean and well maintained with good facilities(AC, Wifi, kettle). WiFi is good, we were able to work without any internet interruptions. Bus stop is 3-5 mins walk from the hotel. They have 24 hrs staffs, we were able to easily do early checkin even though we reached at 5am in morning. Owner is a polite & friendly person and all the hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful. If possible get their suite room, you get a majestic Mountain View room. It's an awesome experience. Would definitely recommend for anyone planning to visit Chikmagaluru.

It was an exquisite experience staying here. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The room was perfectly clean and tidy blending modern comfort with elegant design. The amenities, including the food and drink, were top-notch. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush bedding to the impeccable service. The location was ideal, with easy access to attractions and stunning surroundings. This truly exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait for our next visit! Highly recommended!

The rooms were good and clean. The bathroom was spacious and clean too. We booked 3 double bed rooms and in one of the rooms AC was not cooling properly and kettle was not present. They provide TV, towels, water bottle, kettle and all the basic necessities. The staffs were friendly. Overall the experience was awesome for us. With one complaint: my friend lost his chappal in the hotel, we called the manager many a times to find it but we did not get any update. My friend is so sad with that.

I had a terrible experience with this Hotel/Lodge. Initially they had sent me a QR code and for payment even though I had made full payment for 2 days stay in advance while booking through the Agoda website. Then they said it was a mistake and I have accepted it as it could be a human error. On the 2nd day I was denied access to my room without any valid reason and I was made to stand outside the room, (I was really tired after a long drive and trekking and wanted to take rest) I had to wait for their inexperienced staff to have mercy on me even though I had pre-paid for the room. Evening again while returning after my dinner entry to my room was blocked. In this hotel you don't require an alarm clock Power failure will wake you up (Power failed and nobody bothered) Orchestras by mosquitoes are complimentary. There is no one to take care of you except a security staff who don't know anything. The overall experience was pathetic.

Luxurious and Comfortable stay.. the staffs are very professional. the property is located in a beautiful spot where there's no much traffic. The view from the suite room is mesmerizing.

Great stay with a good location. Very good, clean and maintained room and services at this price point. Must recommend.
