It was memorable experience to stay here as it was very close to the beach and have swimming pool inside the premises!! Rooms are tidy and hygiene but the bed was too high for less than 5.5ft persons and for elderly people it is nightmare to climb the bed and no stool provided !! WiFi connectivity was frequently off and on and was irritating too!! Tv is just a show piece nothing will work there !! It is close by beach the humidity is more and the room Ac will off and on for every 10mins it was horrible .Service was not upto the mark as they were not in a mood to serve the customers!! Breakfast was top notch as there were many varieties to opt from!! The plus point of the place is full of greenery inside the premises and next to it is awesome beach view !!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with the beach view, clean pool, room hygiene, and overall calm atmosphere being the highlights of my experience. The serene environment made for a truly relaxing getaway. The hotel is conveniently located near Kundapura city, making it easy to commute to some excellent signature restaurants. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and lazy holiday by the beach. A truly satisfying experience!

A huge shout out to the awesome location, right next to the beach. Were so thrilled to watch the Arabian sea at the check in. Rooms were good. The restaurant staff were cordial, prepared food fresh as we ordered. Awesome Dal kichdi he used to make for my 2 year old daughter, totally certified by her!! The atmosphere was good with nice food and hospitality. However, mosquitoes were troublesome.

Pros: The stay was comfortable overall. The restaurant was excellent. The restaurant in-charge was exceptionally friendly and ensured all our needs were met. Cons: The water pressure in the shower, tap, and faucet was very low, which caused inconvenience. The cot is quite high. This could pose a safety hazard for children, as they might accidentally get too close to the ceiling fan if they stand on the cot.

AAA+ - Amazing Location, Amazing prices and Amazing hospitality. My husband and I loved the ambience and the hospitality during my stay in February 2025. I am wheelchair bound and hence had requested for a room which is wheelchair friendly. Not only was the room very good with a rustic touch and modern amenities, I was able to move around due to a ramp placed near the entrance. Right from the GM - Mr. Kapil Shivale to the food and beverage personnel Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Naseer to the other housekeeping staff, everyone went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Be it delivering breakfast to my room, or reminding us when we did not place our order for lunch, the service was top notch. They even arranged an auto as well as a cab for us at a short notice. Kudos to them. The room was spacious, clean and the washroom had a handle bar for me to hold which was very convenient. The food was just wow and even though am a vegetarian, we did have good options. Full of greenery, right across the beach and ample parking space. A must visit for all groups of people.

Recently we had a short stay at UVA Sands beach resort, it was such a lovely place and perfect for weekend escape. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was good too, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Spa service was excellent over all very nice

This property located right next to the beach. The staff is very helpful.Rooms are comfortable, but things need to be managed well when there is a additional request such as extra bed and accessories. Additional activities should have been added for this price range. There are other priorities with lot more amenities for lesser price range. Overall it was a nice stay.

The only good thing is the location. The rooms are bo where close to what they charge you. We paid an additional 5k for a sea view room, but the sea view was very much low key through the trees. Moreover the balcony was shared and not private. The windows were not tinted and having a view was useless. Very mediocre property. Staff is obliging. Area has no network and the property wifi is useless. The room looks old and damp. Food options are limited. Breakfast 4/10.
