Worst experience ever Location is really good, but absolutely zero maintenance. Dining hall was in pathetic condition; used empty plastic bottles, cigrette buds and used match sticks were thrown all over the dining hall. Kitchen was not at all kept clean, utensils weren't cleaned. Rooms looks too dirty and wasn't cleaned. Most untidy bedsheets and bedspreads, Not at all suitable for family

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights and two days. I must say, it was an excellent experience. The staffs are very nice and the atmosphere is really great. Food was extremely good. The evening sea view from dining balcony is one of the most memorable scenes. We love to go there again.

It's an amazing and wonderful experience in our life. We both Sr.citizens visited Karwar and stayed in this exceptional Homestay with a awesome scenic beauty of Arabian sea with many islands. The Homestay is located is just on the Baval sea Beach and atmosphere is very calm and quite. Cottages are surrounding with full greenary, flowers and garden. Dining balcony is one of the most attraction of each and every tourist for breathtaking view of Arabian sea. Island tour in boat are conducted in winter season. I can say Baval beach and Majuli beach are better than Goa beaches. But there is lack of tourism development. Restaurants, Bar,Beer shop even Tea- Coffee stalls facility are not available here. It's a totally virgin beach. Foods in the Homestay are extremely cheap,tasty and superb. Care taker Mr.Pradip is a fine Gentlemen with good manner and behaviour and fulfilled all our requirements. We are extremely pleased upon the owner of the Homestay and would like to come back in future in once again.

Me and my friends group had been to gokarna and Karwar for Christmas and everywhere rooms were full and luckily we got room in this homestay .. it was night and never saw the location. In the morning I must really say it had a beautiful location and at night the local cuisine food was really nice and unique. Stay was comfortable and good safety privacy.

It's an amazing and affordable Place to visit. With a Beach side party space, morning swim in the sea water..... Was a great day!!

As I am into bike trip with friends from Pune to murdeshwar and on the way we recently stayed at this beach stay during and before the New Year , i must really say stay in a perfect location and food was good enough . With perfect guest priority and comfortness All arround I say is Must visit place
