This is one of the best Resort around Bangalore. From booking to Checkout Mr Nilendra helped us a lot. Place is wonderful for family and friends this is the best place to hangout. Villas properly designed for vacation. They are clean and hygienic. Most importantly we loved the food served here.

Had disappointing experience with Ankith Vista service. Unfortunately, the quality did not meet expectations, and I felt the level of professionalism was lacking. The service was not up to the mark , and throughout the process. Despite raising concerns, there was no effort to resolve the issues or offer any solution. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the experience and would not recommend this service to others.......The pool was not properly maintained--there was debris floating, the water was cloudy, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The staff was unresponsive and seemed disorganized, making the entire experience frustrating. I expected a much higher standard, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I would not recommend this service to anyone

We had a very average stay here. We had booked 2 bhk row villa, but the room provided to us did not have fans working in the hall and one bed room AC was not working properly. I asked to change the room. They did it with hesitation. Coming to the room, the rooms are dirty , the linens are not clean and the rooms were having a peculiar smell. After staying for couple of hours , our hands and clothes started smelling. I couldn't put a finger on what kind of smell that was. Bathrooms were also not clean. Toiletries are minimal. No in-room tea/coffee facility. The people at reception do not know hospitality, they talk to guests with a tone which is borderline rude. I booked directly through them , but I had to call multiple times just for confirming the reservation. I asked if they can do any arrangement for a birthday celebration. They told me they will get back immediately, it has been 6 days, I have already checked out and am still waiting for that call. Food tasted nice both a-la-carte and buffet. Options are little less in buffet, but taste was good. Also the restaurant staffs were nice. I think the resort is short-staffed. About the pool, A large group of men were jumping in the pool, they were shouting, drinking near the pool and no one was in swimming gear which they mention is mandatory :) The group was loud and playing loud music till 1 in night. So not a very nice place for families. I feel the resort cater to a certain group of people: bachelors, and groups who come for team outings. This is not for family.

The stay had several issues that need improvement. There was no WiFi signal inside the room and no mobile network, making connectivity difficult. The shower was broken, and there were cockroaches and spiders in the bathroom. The lights kept blinking due to power fluctuations, and OTT services couldn't be used on the TV because of the lack of WiFi or Ethernet. Hygiene was also a concern, as used plates left outside the rooms were being licked by dogs. On the positive side, the food was good, and there were two counters, but having a separate vegetarian-only section might attract more guests. However, the ice cream brand needs to be changed, as it tastes more like milk powder. Despite these issues, the staff was welcoming and always had a smile, which was a plus. Improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and connectivity would greatly enhance the experience.

Very worst. Don't visit this resort. Waste of time and money. There are no much fun activities. Only 2 indoor games & 2 out door games. In that also 4 rope activity for each games you need to pay 200 rupees extra. Please try any good . It is really not worth for money what you pay. Day outing is 1000rupees with swimming pool and rain dance. But for everything you need to pay extra charges for each games you need to pay extra. But when we went we played only in swiming pool, they told rain dance will be starting at 4 or 4:30 but there was no rain dance at all. They are cheaters, no proper responses etc.

No basic ethics. Booked an entire resort for a wedding and after the agreement, it was literally a disappointment. They said we're not allowed to use the wedding hall as it was booked for someone else and informed us to perform function in the open place that too in the rainy season. They're least bothered about providing Good service

We booked many rooms for marriage event. There were no towels in rooms. No matter how many times we complained, they did not send the towels. In the 3 nights stay, not even once the room cleaning service came. In some of rooms the water was clogging in the bathroom. In some other rooms, there is no water. In one room water was dripping from ceiling. Overall it was such a bad experience.

Such a worst resort...... 1. Rooms are very smelly 2.Pools are with flies, insects very bad maintenance 3.Swimming and water zorbing are at same place.They won't allow to swim peacefully they will disturb in between 4. Towels were not there in rooms 5.Beds were smelly we can't even sleep 6. They will 2 attach single beds where there is more gaps in-between we can't even sleep 7. No proper indoor games all were broken 8. Tv remotes will not work End up with frustrating 9.No proper Wi-Fi facilities 10.we can't put screen properly However we will close it's kept open in other side
