Hotel O I Care With Greenery Comforts

This is the WORST WORST WORST Ever Hotel I have ever seen in my entire lifetime. Please be aware it is not a star hotel and should be rated as ZERO STAR HOTEL. The Photos in their website might have been taken long time back while inaugurating the Hotel. Inside the Hotel is terrible. It is better to stay on platform rather than this Hotel. The Rooms are very bad, the mattresses are very very dirty and nobody can sleep on them. I asked about the dirty mattresses, he told that we have changed it and it will be like that only .This hotel didn't deserve the amount we paid. The Hotel people are biggest cheaters and they don't have any concern about the customers. Please avoid this WORST WORST WORST HOTEL. Thanks.

I booked for my parents and had the worst experience of being stranded for hours as they said they are not accepting online bookings which i had booked 2 weeks back and confirmed with the booking site. There was no help from the hotel staff to my parents and they said no rooms available even when different online booking sites still showed rooms open for the day. They had to struggle and find room in a different hotel at night time. Anyone coming from a distance kindly do not book here and come.

I'll not say much more about this hotel because we didn't stay here, we booked this hotel through OYO and when we reached there they told me that they have given our room to someone else because they don't believe in offline check in. So If you're thinking about booking a room in this hotel it is better to first call them or go there and book by yourself Don't book through Online sites. But the people of this hotel are humble and good they arranged a hotel for us.

Fraud only. Once you book through the booking app and reach the location, they say they dont take any booking and online booking is not valid. They use the online platform as a bait to bring customers to the location and as there is no other option once you reach the location, you have to pay and take a room at what price they offer.... Dont fall into this.

Hotel is good but they post wrong price online once you reach destination they charge you more . Or they will cancel your your request. They basically call you to the hotel by attractive deal and then loot you. It is one of the worst business practice would never recommend

The room is spacious enough but need to keep the bedspread and bathroom clean, coz it's the basic what the customer expects

Hotel is new property. Very clean . Only thing i suffered due to Oyo.. I checked in at 5am and Oyo booked it with 388. On reaching the hotel reception person politely denied the booking saying since Oyo takes 50 % of the booking amount and it's not beneficial to them . That point I paid extra 200 to his satisfaction and got the room. I faced many times with Oyo rooms. If not then Why the hotel do not delist from Oyo. And also want Oyo to be genuine in booking. Oyo thinks since they provide customer they own the hotel. No dinner service. U hav to go 500m for some eatables. Do not book from Oyo.

it's fraud, i have booked 6 rooms 1 month back, agoda and booking website already informed property, but now they are telling no rooms are there.. it's fraud be careful while booking to this hotel
