Hotel OYO Vr Residency Bangalore

Room is not good room is very bad Bedsheet tv not working, hot water, not coming wi-Fi network is not an issue Room is not stay in family, very bad rooms And not good

I recently experienced the same OYO booking issue. Despite the claimed discontinuation of their tie-up, the hotel's name still reflects OYO. Now for the review: 1. This is the worst room I have ever stayed in. 2. They don't even replace the bedcovers, leaving the used ones on the bed. 3. The hotel operates with just one person acting as the cleaner, room service, and receptionist. 4. The door lock is malfunctioning. Summary: Looks like a place for a night stand

Dont book this hotel through OYO, when we check in hotel will ask for additional amount and oyo customer reperesntative will waste our time taking conference call and at the end they will say sorry as they cant find any other hotel near by. Also bed sheet and blanket are old ones.

Very nice stay for Family and friends. Good service, Cleanly maintained, Both AC & Non AC rooms are worth the price, Water facilities are good, Staffs provide with good service and gesture.

Fruad hotel dont visit here at any cost...no electricity no ac no wifi no tv nothing is there. Staff is very unprofessional and. Rude.

It is very good residency for family.. very piace full place and nice service who maintains the lodge name as darshan..... Compare to CHANNAPATTANA RAMANAGARA town this is the best one who want to stay in kengal

We booked a room for family of three at this property through Makemytrip.com. We followed-up with property through both customer service number as well as visiting property for giving re-confirmation and for also informing last evening check-in. But, Oyo customer is totally unaware about booking reference. When we visited the property and checked staff, they straight a way replied saying that they don't accept booking other than through Oyo. They also mentioned that Oyo has blocked all rooms. On the other hand, Oyo was unaware about booking reference even though we clearly mentioned Makemytrip booking reference. This is not the first time we faced denying check-in issues at Oyo properties. Makemytrip could not help either and they simply mentioned they can book alternate property, but they didn't make any attempt as well. When customer is booking a specific location and when maknytrip.com suggests other location, do you think that Makemytrip respects customer convenience/choice. Oyo seems to making some scams out of some properties by not allowing Check-in and I suspect they block out the properties Avoid all Oyo properties. Please don't burn your fingers and regret later.

Hotel will deny check-in if u book it on Oyo. It caused a lot of inconvenience to us. Such a reckless behaviour by both the hotel management and Oyo. Neither of them are not worried about inconvenience caused to other.
