This hotel has the 'worst management ever' , the staff has zero professionalism & does not know how to communicate with customers, especially the "young people sitting in reception". One of the worst experiences we have had ever from staff till everything served - stale food , dirty rooms.

It's one of the worst management, Hotel staffs are very rood and dairty rooms and there's no quality and taste of the Morning Breakfast. They're charged Rs. 3500/-, It's not worthbale.

Probably one among the best hotel for staying in Bellary for Business Travelers. The rooms are spacious and room service is also relatively fast and prompt. As far as areas of improvement are concerned the Bathrooms might require a bit more of upkeep and front desk staff could be more courteous and customer friendly. Also the variety of food items for complementary breakfast could be improved.

Most pathetic service - they didn't even wait a 20 min and disturb you. I got a dozen calls and 3 gates knocked in just 1 hour of span. Shit of business happening here. And they have no sense of talking to guests. It doesn't even deserve a 1 star hotel apart in service.

The hotel has solid construction quality but suffers from poor maintenance. Rooms have a persistent smell of cigarette smoke, and despite "No Smoking" signs, smoking is openly allowed in the corridors. The lobby remains noisy at all hours, even though the hotel was less than half full during my stay. Room insulation is poor, and outside noise easily carries through. The bed sheets were not clean upon arrival--I had to request fresh ones. This property does not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel, though the complimentary breakfast was decent. Milk and coffee are unavailable after 8:30 PM, although other food options are still served. Hot water was only available on the first day of my 3-day stay. The explanations from management for the lack of hot water were unsatisfactory. The only advantage is that nearby hotels may not be any better.

Over hyped hotel , too costly for ordinary rooms, very unhygienic floors, lifts and worst maintained common areas and no basic amenity in rooms for which tariff is exorbitantly high , staff also irresponsible, better to stay in some normal hotels

Not worth for money rs. 4200.00 per day. Tea n coffee sachets n hot water mug not avble. Poor breakfast spread.

Rooms are good but I felt like they are charging a bit higher compared to other hotels around.
