Hotel Bala Regency

By mistake, I booked the wrong date. But at arrival they managed my booking mistake and admitted us. Good thing. But they provided a very little amount of drinking water even in May month. AC was poor. While checking out, the service boy was not available. Please take care of it.

Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price My experience at Hotel Bala was quite disappointing. The rooms and services are significantly overpriced -- we were charged 2,882 for a single day, yet even basic amenities like a 1-litre water bottle came with an extra charge. Strangely, they mentioned that two half-litre bottles would have been complimentary, which felt like an unnecessary and confusing policy. The bathroom was not well-maintained and lacked cleanliness. There was no breakfast included in the tariff, and the food served was below average in both taste and quality. Overall, it did not live up to expectations in terms of comfort, value, or hospitality. I would not recommend staying here.

Good place for a stay.... bit costly.... less parking area and they have attached restaurant for food ... room service is good

Well we actually went to the bar and restaurant at Bala residency. We ordered some take away nonveg food from the bar and tried draft beer while the food was getting ready. They took ages to serve a mug of beer. The food was tasteless and the quality was not worth mentioning. Avoid this place.

Staff behaviour was good. But For Suit room 5000/- is not at all worth. Basic things like water bottle we dint find. We called & then asked for it.

This place is really not upto the mark compared to the prices that they charge. Service is really slow and the staff is particularly untrained and unprofessional. Even the smallest of the things takes so much time. Food ordered during room service is cold and the water given was dirty. Would not recommend staying at this place.

This is one of the few decent hotels in Bellary However it's service and rooms were below par We had booked the highest suite room and it was spacious and nice However the ac was not working properly and is a big issue Also no toiletries were provided Even basic soap was not there on checkin The breakfast options in the buffet included with the room are very basic and limited However the items were tasty Overall a very average experience

Well maintained rooms, with good ambience. Restaurant services are excellent.
