The rooms are spacious and have pretty good amenities. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The house staff are very helpful. Since it is a short walk from the main road, connectivity is not a problem at all. The non AC deluxe rooms cost 750rs, which is definitely a steal. It was a wonderful stay. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

They can't even maintain and secure their hotel properly..... I'm saying this because I once stayed there for 3 days for an official purpose and on the third day when I check out, I left my Charger in the room in which I stayed while I was in a hurry... The next day when I asked them via a known person.... They are saying that there is no such charger in the room I stayed.... I don't recommend this hotel to anyone... Because they are such a cheapskates....

I've stayed at this hotel twice and its pretty decent for a budget hotel in a small town. The staff at the reception are neither friendly nor unfriendly and all the other staff are alright. The rooms are quite good, but the bathrooms are not completely clean. They look old and not properly maintained. Moreover, not all the rooms have the western style lavatory, some have the Indian style. Do ask for your preferred room before check-in. There's a single common PC near the reception area with free internet. If you are lucky to get a room on the ground floor, you might be able to connect to the Wi-fi. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but there's a decent South Indian restaurant just next door and another restaurant opposite to the hotel. I've only stayed in the Non AC rooms and I don't know about the AC rooms. If you get a room with a clean bathroom, its good enough for a budget hotel.

Room r good ,Price around 1000/_ Very near to royal circle , .but no hotels near by For tiffin and meals. Service good. Conveyance available.

Location wise very convenient . Nearer to Railway station and bus stand..Hotels are near by..The reception staff very courteous and helpful.. We had booked 2 rooms from Hyderabad for a stay of 3 days.When we reached Hotel though the rooms what we booked were not available for 3 days due to some communication mismatch, they accommodated us without any murmur in a better facilities room for all 3 days. The service was good.The staff and room boys were very courteous and prompt in response.I recommend this hotel for comfortable stay in Bellary.

Had a bad experience. I checkedin to a 1100 priced room and when checked out after 2 fays they says that the charge is 1500. Since I was in the last minutes to catch the train I had to compromise and got cheated make sure that you write the agreed price somewhere else you may have the same experience. Food served in the room is bad. I will never come back to this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else

Decent rooms, location. Service also ok. Only thing is u should ask, but even if say will stay for a week or more, hotel won't like to offer any discounts.

My daughter and I stayed here the first night after our arrival in Karnataka and at the beginning of a long tour to northern Karnataka. We felt quite well at this place. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel staff were,although they don't know english well, friendly.||And we got a bottle of mineral water!
