Mitra Samaj (boarding & Lodging)

I just visited the earstwhile Mitra samaj restaurant now known as nand Giri tiffins. Idli was fluffy reasonable size and very tasty. Sambar was spicy but yummy. Coconut chutney was also very tasty. Vada hot and crispy. Upma typically North Karnataka and very tasty.

Hotel is good...staffs are very nice....but crying for money...always asking about advanced....room are not too good...the story happened with us in this lodge I will tell ... 1.]I and my mother were in room...I went out for some work ...and after I going out I just took the door front and I didnt lock it from outside nor my mother locked it from outside...also my mother was telling how did it locked...it was not opening only...after waiting for 2 hours it opened..they also don't have master key of the door....after 2 hrs.no response from hotel management...after my brother kicked the door...and it opened ...the handle had some problem...but see the look of the door..don't even keep master key...

Mitra Samaj lodge is good, neat, and Very close to CBT Hubli. I stayed in a 400 rs single bedroom with western attached. It is good. I wrote this review while I was in the room.

Decent stay for business men in very reasonable cost. Restaurant food is also very good. Overall a very neat and maintained hotel & resturant.

Right at the centre of market, best for business travellers. Don't expect high rooms and services. Too many mosquitoes.

Good place to stay in hubli....suggested for people who come for business trip. Location in heart of hubli.. Well connected with all major road and bazaar in hubli.
